  1. I am trying to create an easy way to see what needs to be invoiced, and I was trying to use the tags to do so, but there appears to be no way to create a widget that has all tasks tagged with 'to be invoiced' or similar. Creating a widget that can filter by specific tags would be so helpful!

    We are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede the Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.

  3. Details I would like to use zapier to send calendar entries from my calendar (using categories) to Freedcamp as time entries.
    SO report time, date, duration, start and end time, project and so on...

  5. Currently, the project bar spans from the date of the first task until the end of the last, despite gaps in timeline. For eg. I have a project starting in November that won't end until February. However, there are no tasks scheduled across the Christmas break yet it appears that there is. Another example is that when running multiple projects, it appears that multiple projects are being run at the same time when it isn't always the case.

    If the project bar is only visible when there is a task in place, it will reduce clutter and more accurately reflect…

    Hi Nathan,

    A lot of people leave 1-2 gaps between tasks in any project. For example, the Critical Chain approach by Goldratt calls them buffers. If we will show all gaps Gantt for projects will look like fence most of the time.

    Sure – we can show the project name and its progress after the bar.

    What do you think?

    It will also be cool to be able to change color opacity for areas with a lot of tasks (darker) to less load (lighter) color.

  7. Similar to Evernote, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram. It would be very helpful if there is a voice recorder feature in each task creator or comments bar. Where we can click/hold the button to record our voices so our team could listen to it without downloading it.

  8. I can create a time record through the API but i cannot create tags for it altough i'm able to do that on the web interface. It would be great if i would be able to add tags through the API too.

    It would be great if we could add/create multiple tasks/sub-tasks by copy-pasting a list of texts (from clipboard).

    Also good if there's a notification like: "Are you sure you want to create multiple tasks/sub-tasks? (This happens when you paste a multi-line text in Freedcamp tasks/sub-tasks)"
    (I noticed I can do this in Google Tasks.)

  10. I use Tasky for tons of things, not just work related, so I would love to be able to see it on the mobile app like I do on the web version of Freedcamp.

    eg.,

    This format would be better:

    Street and house number (no comma)
    Postcode City (no comma)
    Country

  19. Have a customisable feature that allows for a gradual change in the indication of task load in the resource area
    Currently 1 task shows as a green circle, 2 or more as a red square.
    We normally do 2 or 3 tasks on any given day, and only after this does it become an issue...
    So if it could be set by the user to match their approach, e.g.
    Green circle 1 or 2 tasks
    Amber circle 3 tasks
    Red square 4 or more tasks

  20. Wiki undo delete or a Wiki trash bin. There have been Wiki’s that have been deleted that I wish I could restore. Most other Wiki software have trash bins. Trash bin for Wiki in Freedcamp would be helpful. Thank you.
