    When uploading or adding a PDF, it would be good to automatically break the PDF down to images to get a quick preview within the comments when adding to there

  5. Passwords - Read Only user is able to delete password

    Hi I checked the "Passwords" option and it allows even the Read Only User to "Delete". In my opinion Read Only users should be able to Only "VIEW" and shouldn't be able to delete passwords at all.

    If the change and delete the password then why they are in Read Only mode. Kindly guide me, Thanks.

  6. Option of inputting a Link/URL with Name field to "Files"/"Attachments"

    We want to be able to track our project documentation. Without integration for Atlassian's Confluence, as an example, we are currently putting links in the body of Tasks or Discussions to maintain our documentation within the project.

    Instead of creating a Task or Discussion to hold the link to our external pages, I would like to see the option to "add Link/URL" in the "Upload files" and "Attachments" drop-down lists. Once the link is added, either it pulls the page name (like it does for Google Docs), or we name it manually.

    Add Synology File Server to the File Upload options, along with OneDrive, DropBox and GoogleDrive. There are a LOT of people that use them for their businesses.

    When kanban tasks are in collapsed mode it would be nice if when you hover them they expand so you can see the whole task title and other information available in expanded view

  12. UX issue: Moving tasks between task lists

    As others have said, it's frustrating not being able to move a task from a task list in one project to a task list in a different project, especially when it feels intuitive to be able to drag it to another list and when that list happens to be in a different project, the message 'The target list is in a different project' discreetly shows in the top right hand corner, whereas I'm looking on the left side of my 27" screen and wondering why it didn't do anything.

    'OK,' I think, 'I'll just use the Move command instead'.... but…

  13. Mobile - home screen widgets

    Some examples would be: 1. a widget that lists uncompleted tasks sorted by deadline 2. a widget that displays the list of bookmarks we set in Freedcamp, this would allow us to easily visit our bookmarked views on our mobile devices.

  18. View notes without clicking into them

    Is there a way to view notes in a cell in table view without clicking that cell? Right now when you add a note and save it all that displays in the cell is an icon. Can the cell display the actual text of the note?

  20. Tasks - select different fields in view on each list when using Table view

    I really like the feature in table view that allows you to select the fields you want in view, works really well when using multiple custom fields. It'd be great if I could select different fields in view on each list within the board. For example list 1 showing fields abc and list 2 showing abxy and z. Hope that makes sense!
