  1. I very frequently use drag and drop to convert tasks into subtasks, and when my list is fairly small, I don't need to sort it. But when my list becomes bigger, and I need to sort it, I can't drag and drop tasks anymore, instead having to edit the tasks I want to move. The only option I have is to edit each task individually.

  2. Currently in the Tasks Board, subtasks are ALWAYS attached to tasks. Only main tasks are sorted in first instance. That makes it impossible to sort all tasks regardless if they are a main task or a subtask of any level. That's why I would like to see a toggle in 'Tasks Board > Settings > Display' with the name 'Detached subtasks'.

    If toggle 'Detached subtasks' is ON, then:

    • Subtasks will be detached from their parent tasks and all tasks will be sorted as adjusted (e.g. by Due Date), no matter if the individual task is a main task or a…

  3. I know you can use online tools to enable a form of dark mode for the web app of Freedcamp (as per a Freedcamp blog post - https://blog.freedcamp.com/2018/11/07/dark-mode-freedcamp/).

    However, I'd love to see this option built in to the web app as a user option! And if that's done I imagine it would enable dark mode for desktop, which I see another user has suggested elsewhere -> https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/36724246-desktop-application-dark-mode.

  4. Enable us to select what types of activity comes in and from which users. Let say I wannt to diable my personal ToDos, or everyones To-Do's while it getto crowdy with this. Or simple give us posibility to disable ToDo's activity in this widget...

  6. Instead of links for view, send, edit, and delete on the Invoices page, could we have actual buttons? The current links are so small and close together that it's very easy to click the wrong one and accidentally send an invoice that you intended to edit (something I have obviously done - doh!). Also, when creating or editing an invoice, how about replacing the "just save, don't email" checkbox with a button next to Save that says "Save without emailing"? The checkbox is very small and hard to notice which means clients often get emails about invoices that aren't yet…

  8. In the "Tasks" widget, show the description of the task in front of its subtasks. For example if I have two tasks of "Update Antivirus" and "Install OS Updates", both with subtasks of "Computer 1", "Computer 2" and "Computer 3", all I see in the tasks widget is the two tasks and two sets of "Computer #"

    It would be clearer if the task list showed something like
    "Update Antivirus / Computer 1" and
    "Install OS Updates / Computer 1"
    rather than just
    "Computer 1"
    "Computer 1"

  9. Currently, the password list is growing and it can be difficult to find what you need when everything is opened up expanded.

    Would be good to have collapse and expand all options.

  10. the tasks listed on the dashboard don't list what project they are for - I have "promo plan" for almost all of my projects, but when I view the dashboard or get my daily recap I can't tell which one is upcoming unless I click on the task. This clarity is necessary for efficient work. Thanks!

  11. I wish Tasky would turn into a notebook.
    This notepad could have bookmarks and reminders.
    It could also be colorful.
    He could be in the app.

    - Ability to add more than one recipient when sending the invoice.
    - Ability to forward invoice to more than one person at a single time.

    Medium term:
    - Ability to tag invoices to a project so that we can know the details of the invoices at a project level. Currently, we can only view the invoice at the org level.

  14. Hello,
    I know it's possible to switch views by using the cogwheel... but I think it's 1 click more than it should be.
    Yes, of course it's just 1 click... but when you're switching several times between Gantt view (to see dependencies and overall planning) and Kanban (to check more easily what's done and what's not), it becomes a bit tedious.

    Would it be possible to either add the selection in the main page (not via cogwheel button) or have keyboard shortcuts to do that?

  15. Streamline adding a task – at the moment it’s comprehensive, but almost prohibitively long-winded to add a task. A “Quick” add button would be useful where you simply add a task and choose a project.

    As a user, I need to be able to quickly add a task to a project in the shortest amount of steps and time possible so that I can make the best use of time in Outlook.

  17. It would be a nice feature to have a message or sms alert - "Did you forget to clock out?" in case the computer sees you have been working on something for more than 24 hours. You could set it yourself to 48 or more hours, in case you are on a deadline and really are working on it for x hours straight.

    I think there is a lot of value in this. We are hoping with Version 3’s api people would develop third party desktop applications to help you with type of things. So the application would track if you are still working on computer and after x minutes of inactivity can just turn time off. I will add this in our list of things to consider for improving the time application. Thank you.

    We decided to start with Wall application to see how many people will participate and what issues will arise and will add more words and phrases as we go.

    We are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede the Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.
