  1. There should be a possibility to add an estimate on how long the TODO/Task should potentially take, while adding.

    Track also the date/time when the TODO/task was Started (similar to one where it tracks when it ended) or even allow the same to be specified at any other point of time.

    Also display the time difference between the "started" and "completed" times for the task

  3. I am wondering why the leads don't connect with the tasks... like you add the contact or lead to the task but when you go to view they don't show up...

  4. If my client wanted to give feedback on work I'm producing for them, I'd like them to have the ability to annotate the images or pdf's i upload using a "notes" overlay.

  7. More colour in the design to make navigation easier.

    In a previous job we used Asana and I was all at sea with it, until I discovered the themes that could be installed. They helped me visually sort out the sections quickly.

    Freedcamp is not nearly as complex but I think it could look more attractive.

  8. On the new calendar layout, the little calendar event symbol and recurring event symbol make it so there is little room left for the actual name of the event to show in month view. Do those need to be there? It would be great just to have the name of the event. If you want to separate event from task, color coding would be a great way to distinguish between them without taking up precious space.   9. If there was an employee scheduling app or schedule maker that included a time card and time calculation, I would pay for it immediately. My employees are already trained to check in to FreedCamp.. why would I want to send them to one more site to clock in and out of work?

  10. When looking for info on our clients, we always look by company name, not by contact name. It would be great if we could have the main list of Contacts display alphabetically by company name.

  11. When we add photos/images in tasks, discussions, comments, they all come into Files and make the system quite messy. It would be good if FreedCamp can automatically create an image folder and put photos/images there when they appear in tasks, discussions, comments.

  12. When editing a task (or really any other large textarea), it would be nice to have an alert if another user is actively editing the same task. It would be really nice if you hit "save" and then a list of conflicts is presented with the option to reject/accept the other edits.

    Example use case: Was working with a team member on the phone, we both were trying to edit a task's description and we basically had to take turns to avoid stepping on each other's edits.

    I imagine there are other text areas (wiki, for example?) where that might…

  14. I would like to have my Recurring Tasks have associated "due days/dates" like "Every Monday, create ad, due for Wednesday (or 2 days later)". Also, for quickly adding to my task list, I'd like the option/setting for any todo's I make for myself to be "due today" if I don't set a date. If this is already possible, please let me know. Thanks!

  17. Ability to be able to type in 'today', 'tomorrow', 'Friday', '2 days time' etc into the task entry field. For example, I'd like to be able to type something like 'Order new roll of paper towels for hand dryer tomorrow' and it automatically add it to tomorrows list. I don't particularly want to have to type in tomorrows date.

    We will add a new comment into Bulk edit available on all paid plans – select tasks you want to be updated, hit ‘CVomment’ button, type ‘Please update task status’ and it will be posted to each selected task or subtask.

    We are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede the Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.

  20. In the Calendar View, DAY/List view, It would be great if you could add columns for what PROJECT the task is located in, and WHO the task is assigned to. To only see the task without that context doesn't give the full picture.
