Release Management
We have a lot of projects happening at the same time, and we have to perform a set sequence of tasks when any new site is built or new facilities added.
What I would like to see is some sort of simple release management system that can be used to check projects or tasks with a check list of pre-defined production jobs, so for example, when we have a website that is ready for launch, we have to do pre-launch checks: internal link testing, cross browser testing, mobile compatibility testing, get client sign-off etc, and then after launch we have…

drag & drop of HTML links retaining display text in editors
if one drags a link that has display text instead of a raw link (from the browser address bar, e.g., where the display text is the page title), the link should be dropped into the various editor fields with the display text intact.
Currently display text is discarded, and only the raw link is left. One must manually restore the display text if desired.

The integration with Google Calendar include task times
Currently, Feedcamp is intregrated with Google Calendar and lists tasks as All Day. It would be great to have them added with their corresponding times as well.

Share a read only version of the Calendar via link
It would be nice to share a read only version of my project calendar via a link. I'm thinking about using the FreedCamp for my work but don't want to invite my boss to sign up (he's a Luddite- it won't work out) but it would be an easy way to show him what I'm working on.

Integrate Tasks and Time applications in Freedcamp
- Track time directly from task
- Allow recording multiple time entries per task/issue by different people with optionally providing a short description

An API which allows other tools to access Freedcamp project data
When activated, the application could open up a Web Services API (perhaps REST-based) which allows information about projects and other data within freedcamp to be polled by external applications for reporting, and in order to better integrate with third-party applications.

Customizable dashboard backgroud
Possibility to upload a personal background image to the dashboard in order to personalise the project.

Global Calendar - mark a task complete / change due date
Currently you have to open a tasks' full information page to mark it completed or change its due date from the Calendar view. It would make the view much more usable if we could check off completed tasks directly from that view and either click to open an "edit due date" modal window or simply drag it on the month / week views to the appropriate date.

Project and task in calendar view
Can we see the project name and the task in a calendar view? We name tasks with the same name like, Copy Due, so need to the project as well to differentiate the work.

I use the events-calender to give the organisation an overwiev of marketing activities - eq. advertisements when and where. I would be helpful if I could upload files to the events.

Add option to mention other tasks that are related but not sub tasks
some times I have a task that is related two other tasks but is not a sub task of them. and I want to know the relation between them.

Improve Tasks quick actions
Right now, if I'm viewing a Task that's assigned to PERSON A, and now I want to assign it to PERSON B, I don't quite know how to easily do it. The way I do it is to edit the Task itself and then change the assignment.
Is there any way to easily do it without editing (via a button like the 'ASSIGN TO ME')?

Custom tags
In addition to existing tags: Project users, statuses of tasks (completed/in progress) etc. would great to be able to define custom tag categories and custom tags within the categories so we can tag tasks with anything we set up for ourselves. For example: have category Type with tags: Idea, Confirmed feature, Rejected feature or category Version with tags 1.0, 1.1 etc.

Option to select a default view for tasks for all users for a given project
Right now we have the option to switch to Kanban view and it only works for the currently logged in user. But it would be awesome if we can set a default view for tasks for all users in that given project.

When you create a project and select, for example, Kanban view – all invited users default view will be Kanban. Users can switch it to List view if they want it.
If you will switch your view now to List view and invite more people their default will be list view but they can switch it to Kanban.Cheers,

Non-participating resource/user
Sometimes we have to schedule tasks for 3rd party or even resource that do not really have intention to use Freedcamp (could be due to company policies etc)
Can this be achieved? Current seems like FreedCamp only allow for actual users to be added as a resource or task owner.

Modal Boxes for tasks
Instead of having to wait for the app to lead a tasks page, it would be cool to see a modal box open either while hovering over the task or clicking on it. This way you could do a quicker edit to tasks right from the dashboard.

Central place to track travels, leaves applicable to team and not to particular projects.
Currently we are using multiple calendars, and are trying to use one main calendar for all of our needs. The freedcamp calendar has all of our tasks, which is great. However, We would like to use the overall calendar to track our staff schedules as well as tasks. We have one person that travels frequently and it would be helpful to add her travel to the calendar. We tried to create a project called "schedules", but there is no option to choose a multiple day event, or even a time for an event. If we have a staff meeting, it…
