  1. It would be very if you could add dependencies directly from the edit view of a task and/or milestone. It should include the four types of dependencies:
    1. Finish to Start: Predecessor must finish before Successor can start.
    2. Predecessor must start before Successor can start.
    3. Predecessor must finish before the Successor can finish.
    4. Predecessor must start before Successor can finish.

  2. Each time tracker should show me the sum of all the time it has spent in "Doing" state. I should be able to override it or adjust it if I wish.

    a) I click "new tracker"
    b) It picks the current time and starts at 00:00 in "Stoppped" state
    c) I can add as many trackers like this as I like and edit their values at will
    d) When I start/pause/unpause a tracker, it updates itself with the time spent, no need for data entry by a human.

    I don't see why I would bother pausing or unpausing a tracker…

  5. I'd like to be able to link an entire task list to a milestone so that any task created within that list gets automatically assigned to that milestone.

  6. Hey,
    Could it be possible, when I add my calendar on google agenda for exemple, to choose to share only events titles ? For exemple, I don't want to share what projet or group of projet each event belongs to. Neither do I want the description.

  7. In order to effectively use the Calendar app, a scheduling assistant is helpful to understand the team's availability.
    If not, another great option is to provide integration with a third party like Doodle.

  8. For my POV, will be very useful to add the feature that permits to add a Logo for projects instead to choose just a color.

  10. If you have description and attached image for a task, allow them to show up in the list view under the task instead of clicking on the task to see them.

  11. It would be convenient to be able to set task view (list/kanban) globally. Right now I have to configure task view per project which can be somewhat annoying considering the amount of projects I'm part of.

    I think is it pretty simple as we already have well documented API. Can we have webhook for notifying events like: Project created, Task created/updated, Issue created/updated, Comment added, ...

    Format for Webhook request, can be exactly same like Response of our current API, documented in:

    Use case for this is integrate with other service beyond zapier. With this ability, we can roll our own integrations, without have to wait Freedcamp team to integrate with specified third party service.

  13. The Outlook Addin is ripe for integration with CRM - we would need to be able to add contacts easily, and move contacts along a pipeline based on the email received.

  14. Streamline adding a task – at the moment it’s comprehensive, but almost prohibitively long-winded to add a task. A “Quick” add button would be useful where you simply add a task and choose a project.

    As a user, I need to be able to quickly add a task to a project in the shortest amount of steps and time possible so that I can make the best use of time in Outlook.

  16. Wiki undo delete or a Wiki trash bin. There have been Wiki’s that have been deleted that I wish I could restore. Most other Wiki software have trash bins. Trash bin for Wiki in Freedcamp would be helpful. Thank you.

  17. sometimes, when you close a project, you need a certain wiki, because it is a continuation of your closed project. it would be helpful if you can move this wiki before closing your project.

  18. Any CRM Call's cannot currently be completed, so how do I know whether this has been actioned?

    Also, any completed CRM task/call should appear with a different colour (as per project tasks) in the calendar, so that I can see these have been dealt with.

  19. GDrive whole Folder link , not only files.
    Ex. I have project like "updating documentation". As a source is older with older documents from 2019 or 2018, it's much easier to add whole GDrive folder than add files one by one. The same with other cases - adding whole folder would be great for our team.

  20. As we cannot enter times for task, we are using the Calendar Event function for this. It would be good if anyone assigned/invited to a calendar event also sees this in the 'My Work' summary on the homepage dashboard.
