  1. It would be nice to be able to keep subtasks closed. I know how to close them by scrolling to the top, but I need a way to keep the closed, or close after you use it, easily. I don't like logging into Freedcamp and having all tasks and subtasks open.

  2. When you are viewing a task you clicked on from the widgets board (e.g., to edit the task) and then want to return to the widgets board, the only "return" option available at the top of the page, is "return to tasks," which brings you back to all tasks for the particular project, rather than to the widget board where you started. It would be nice to have a "return to widget board" option as well.

  3. Most calendar apps indicate the current day some way. You can even see this in the calendar view on the Android Freedcamp app as a buble around the current date. This would be a nice feature on the calendar that pops up in Freedcamp's android app when you go to select the due date for a task.

  4. I Use a calendar a lot to set up meeting, schedule time off, birthday reminders, vacations. it would be great to have icons or emoticons as an options for example on the birthday event maybe a birthday hat or balloon so that way of want to overview what's going on for the month you visually can see easily what's going on.

  5. I wish there was a way to get a clean, simplified view of a wiki page so it was more suitable for printing, converting to a PDF, etc.

Ideally you'd be able to configure/select what you want on the simplified view. For example I am sure some people would want to see the author of the wiki in the simplified view while other would not. But even if the simplified view just showed the title and the description, that would be useful.

Ideally the simplified view could be shown in a browser window too.

    I'm not sure if I'd want…

  6. I was wonder if it's possible to add the web page header to the sticky headers. As it is now when you use the sticky headers the web page header moves off the top of the page. It would be great if that was "stuck" as well.

  7. Add the resources option available on individual projects to the Gantt for Projects overview
At the moment, there is no method to cross-reference where resources are required across the multiple projects that we have running, other than stepping through each project in turn and exporting to png/pdf and compiling a report from all the exports - and we have typically 20+ projects at any one time

Add the Gantt options from individual projects to the Gantt for projects.
The resources would be listed by name in the same manner and would show the number of tasks across all projects that…

  8. It would be useful for us to be able to tag projects, and not just particular project elements, as this helps us categorise and eventually search/report on particular themes.

  9. The desktop app has much better performance and doesn't seem to slow down the more you use it (as the web version does - fixed by using Ctrl+F5 every so often) but you cannot copy and paste text or task links via the desktop app, which is very frustrating. It would be a very useful addition to an otherwise better version.

  10. We use wikis to track notes from our weekly meetings. To keep them chronological, we number them. It work for 1-9, but when we get to number 10, the wiki organizes the meetings as 1, 10, 2, 3, etc.

  11. Although hide completed in ON; completed sub-task of a NOT completed Parent TASK; should still be shown

    CASE:

    1) "hide completed" ON:

    2) AND when the parent task is NOT completed:

    3) the completed sub-tasks continue to be shown.

This is very helpful to see which sub-tasks are completed before and to get more context of the MAIN tasks and its dependencies.

  12. Kanban View for Project/Project Groups. This would be an overall project view where projects can be grouped by milestone or some other user set groupings

  13. I am happy you have implemented backdating of tasks for those of us who complete, but forget to cross it off until way later. Can you allow this feature for subtasks? I think everyone lives in subtasks, so for me, it is even harder for me to remember to cross it off on the date it happened.

  14. I would like to add the option to filter the calendar by "global team" so that I can see tasks and events from all projects of that team in one place.

  15. I love the "Batch Edit" feature for changing due dates, start dates and status, sure makes changes a "batch" of info easier. I was wondering if you could add the ability to shift dates to the batch edit as well? There are times in larger projects that you want to shift certain dates (without a status) while leaving others along.
