Dashboard with graphics
We all know that an image (or graphic) can told us more than a few words. So if we can have a dashboard graphic with project information the communication is more quick, intuitive and friendly.
Examples of graphic:tasks planned versus tasks completed - bar graph;
tasks in progress - the same bar graph with different colors;
project time planned versus time completed - bar graph or pie chart;
task priorities - dashboard with different colors.And so on.

Setting how many days a todo is due in project template
Instead of setting the due date by week and weekday, I think it should be setting how many days the todo is due once a new project is started with the template. This makes it easier and more accurate to calculate the due date when setting up a template. Also within the template builder the todo's due date should be displayed and allow editing instead of only able to delete.
Anyway project template is a very useful feature and should be out of beta ASAP! Thanks!!

Ability to add tags to issues in Issue Tracker
Just like what Github allows. It's a flexible mechanism that for instance allows you to craft your own workflow.

Clubbing all tasks in the form of project time plan, gets updated when each to is getting added
Can we List all the tasks as activities of a project and monitor their status as a Horizontal barchart (Tracking responsibility, Planned/actual date, start & End date).....Over all idea is to get the Project time plan on one screen to add/track/update each to do. and have review at the end what went wrong.

Use a different color (not grey) for the icon on the right side of a task to indicate when a comment is attached to a To-Do.
The light grey icon currently indicates that there isn't a comment on a task and a dark grey icon indicates when a comment has been added to a task. It would be great if the icon could change to a brighter color than dark grey when a comment is added to a To-Do.

Keep HTML format when users reply directly by email, pls
Dear support,
when users reply to a discussion by email if their message is HTML formatted on Freedcamp it is visualized as normal text, making it untidy in particular when the user had a standard signature on the email or just outlined some aspects (e.g. bold, bullet points, etc.)
Could you please keep the HTML format also when a message sent by email is visualized directly on Freedcamp?
Thanks!
1 voteHi,

Multiple projects visible on one calendar
Having multiple projects from Freedcamp on one calendar (that you can switch on and off) is a great way to plan if concurrent projects with crossover team members are going to clash.
29 votesHi All,
It has been released – https://freedcamp.com/dashboard/calendar
You can access it by opening https://freedcamp.com/dashboard/widgets and using ‘Calendar Board’ tab.
What is next?
- We will be adding ‘Tasks Board’ – similar page to display all tasks across all projects
- We will add filters to both pages to let you filter items show by a project, project group or all.
- We will allow you to select your default home page in Freedcamp between – Dashboard, Widgets Board, Tasks Board or Calendar Board.Cheers,

Role permission only to view without editing
Sometimes a client should not be able to edit certain things and only have the permission to view it only for their information.

Public projects
Have projects be publicly viewable to anyone without a user login, for teams that want/need to organize in the open
118 votesHi,
Documentation will be updated later this week https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/g5dab
As long as your project remains public you receive access to the following premium apps and features.
- Subtasks Pro (Minimalist plan and above)
- Start date for Tasks (Minimalist plan and above)
- Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox (Minimalist plan and above)
- FileEdit (Business plan and above)
- the Gantt view (Business plan and above)
- Wiki application* (Business plan and above)
- Issue tracker* (Business plan and above)
- Project Overview* (Enterprise plan)
- - these apps can be added or removed from public projects by administrators and all other modules listed are enabled.
More than 50 public projects created a day since we enabled it last Saturday without even announcing it.
As usual UserVoice community is notified first. Thank for staying with Freedcamp and all your useful feedback which helps us to make Freedcamp better every day!

Calendar Widget: day pop up view - add Project and Project Group name.
Calendar: Day pop up view - add Project Name to each 'To Do' listed so it is easy to identify at a glance which project it is related to.
Sometimes our tasks may be simple statements like "Build Computer and Load Software". It would be great to have context as to which Project this was related to, without having to click through to the To Do Task.
4 votesCompleted a long time ago – we forgot to update, sorry.

A reporting feature and a project status bar to track progress!
I would like to be able to pull a report of project status to report to stakeholders and business sponsors. Currently when I look at the Dashboard it only displays the "list" of projects...but no tracking of whether we are on time or not. Would make this site that much better and we would invest in more storage if it had the feature.

Avoid users being able to create new projects
Apparently users once invited can create new projects whilst it would be good to disable this function so they can only work on the projects available in the account, set up by the admin.
Thanks1 voteDisabled in the Enterprise plan. A freemium system like ours can not restrict Joe invited by Paolo to create projects in his own company and invite his own staff and customers to grow.
