Click directly to To-Do from main dashboard
Not sure if I'm just missing how to do this, but when I look at my dashboard calendar and open up the list of to-dos on a certain day, I'd love to be able to click into that to-do item directly, rather than needing to find it by searching through the many different projects I am working on.

Notifications
Like the little red symbols on facebook, just a list of all the recent notifications so that you can jump to each easily. I currently trawl down the list on the main dashboard, but stuff easily gets missed! I have email notifications but with multiple projects and lots happening this isn't ideal! Apart from that... love Freedcamp!

Manage Projects - hide inactive/completed projects
I want to be able to set a persistent filter 'Hide inactive projects' on Manage Projects page as with time there are too many of them and they make it difficult to manage active projects. I should be able to click 'Show inactive projects' to be able to check or activate them.

With the latest update, I can no longer view pending and in-progress to-dos in the same widget. Please bring that back.

Detect auto responder to stop update by email
Find a way to detect email auto responders (typically Out of the Office messages) and do not update Freedcamp with such emails.
Basically solve this problem - http://www.msoutlook.info/question/260 on our side.

A way to view all calenders combined into one calender
Right now each project has it's own calendar. Should be a way to combine them all into 1 calendar you can look at. Then there should also be a way to say: now just show me tasks on the calendar that I have to do.
3 votesYou can create a widget currently that does include all calendars. In V3 we will have a larger widget that is easier to navigate.

However, I have a problem - in my country we don't have such popular credit cards.

Google calendar sync with all projects
I have already synced calendar for one project, but when I create another project, I have to synced again. If possible, try to add checkbox or something while creation which will sync automatically.

Multicurrency support for AUD Australian Dollars and GST on Invoices an billing
This is much needed, i stopped using freedcamp because it did not invoice out with GST (australian tax) option to include or not include gst on line items or overall invoice would be fantastic, also payment options eg.... Paypal, Credit card from some gateways would be fantastic.

Critical Path
I would like to be able to view and manage the critical path of my projects.
This requires a feature that I do not see, the ability to relate tasks or todos by predecessor or successor. In addition it would be valuable to have a duration or effort estimate value instead of a fixed date.27 votesHi All,

Document organization
I need to be able to put documents into folders and to change the order that documents appear. At the moment we have a list of documents which appear in the order that they were entered, but project partners are getting confused. A bit more organization is necessary.

Generating Job Numbers
System to generate job numbers for each project, when we get a new brief from a client we need to generate a job number that we use when generating quotes.
The job numbers need to be continuous, so in other words if I have project A briefed in, the system allocates the job number, and when I create a new project, Project B for a new client it continues the job number from the previous one.

If you use in a team – suggest all to use your domain name in option 1 in this plugin settings. I tested in two different browsers on Windows and Mac emulating a team- all works as expected. I created tickets 1 and 2 and when I clicked to generate next number on Mac – number 3 was generated.

Folders for file storage and organisation
It is really important to have identifiable folders for file storage and organisation. It is extremely difficult to run a project with multiple files without the ability to organise.

Moving multiple files between them and uploading downloading multiple files are in a pipeline.

A big picture of all projects, able to generate reports.
Would be very nice if we have a unified view of all projects, filtered and ordered by date, by "to-do's", by "Milestones", by user. Project managers will get a great tool to watch the activities of your team.

Project template - use existing project as template
Imagine you can create a project but you will not invite anyone and will keep it as a template for yourself. Just a normal project. You can even keep it inactive so it will not be in your menu and you can call it 'My template for ABC client'. Now you set it all up. Create Milestones and TODOs and all and we will allow you to create a duplicate with a trick - when you do it we will take a earliest due date - for an event, milestone or TODO (say it is 2 August) and imagine we…

Show private discussions with a lock icon and who can access it on hover
There is a means for making a discussion private and picking names of who can see a discussion topic, BUT when looking at the topic, there is no padlock icon or notification of WHO is able to see that discussion item.
This is important because it gives confidence that members are secure when discussing things. Say you are discussing how much to charge a client, or project details, and the client can read and contribute to other areas of the discussions. You want to be very clear who can see what!
