Mobile - add subtasks
I would be great to have the ability to add subtasks in the Freedcamp Android App.

Batch Shift Dates for Subtasks when viewing their Parent Task
I frequently use the option to Shift Dates to reschedule all subtasks under a parent task when viewing that parent task on the Task Board view for the associated project.
Likewise it would be helpful to have the same Shift Dates option for the subtasks listed under that parent task when I am viewing the Parent Task only - not on in the Task Board view.
The Shift Dates option for Sub Tasks would also be helpful in the Task Board view when a specific Project IS NOT selected

the ability to turn on text notifications for just one project or task.
Our office is all remote and it would be great to be alerted when someone completes a task my next step depends on. WITHOUT having to stalk email.
At the moment I need email updates for all activity and am enduring text updates about everything while I wait. That's distracting!
1 voteYou set email notifications to ‘full’ which is not the default. Please check (6-7) https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/phaab#settings and do not subscribe to items not assigned to you and you will not be notified. Right now with the ‘full’ level you get subscribed to absolutely all items in your projects.
Task dependencies are available on the Business and Enterprise plans only.

Personal Tasks not associated with a project
I would like to have tasks that are my own but not associated with a project. We're looking to use Freedcamp across the organization (private school), both within and across departments. I would like to be able to add my own tasks that are not a part of a project but are just for me to do because they are a part of my job.

View Tasks in Multi-project Gantt view
Currently you can view multiple projects on Gantt at once, but you cannot see task-level detail. This makes it difficult to see if tasks from separate projects overlap. Would be ideal if we could expand (+/-) the project to see tasks on multiple projects to see which tasks overlap each other.
For example, if you have multiple projects in process for a client, and you need to space out their review windows (so you don't give them multiple deliverables to review at once) it would help to see the tasks together on the Gantt to ensure proper scheduling.
0 votesYou are looking at Gantt for Projects – https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/hJbab#gantt-for-projects
If you open Tasks Board https://freedcamp.com/dashboard/tasks and switch to Gantt view you will see required detalisation.

Achieve Or Hide Completed Tasks
There has been a couple of these requests before but the suggested work arounds are not always the most helpful.
For us, we receive many tasks completed on a daily basis which is only likely to increase. It is also useful to keep the old tasks. Having a "Hide Completed" button would really help. That way we could always easily see which tasks have been completed since the last check. It would then allow us to use the filters again correctly.
34 votesYou can even redefine Hide complete filter we create and show recently completed tasks but not task completed some time ago – https://blog.freedcamp.com/2017/12/19/see-recently-finished-tasks-even-hiding-completed-ones/

Tasks - allow excluding weekends
It would be great for longer duration tasks (1 week plus) to allow weekends to be excluded. This way, you could track a longer term task, while keeping an accurate agenda which would either include weekend work or not as appropriate.

Change Log
Block other users from being able to edit your answer or have edit record with user name, date and time.
1 votePlease upvote for log here https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/38430247-show-change-history-in-tasks-and-issues – it should be released soon.
As for users editing your contributions – invite them with the ‘User’ profile (default team for this profile is ‘Contributors’). Such users can not edit stuff they did not personally created.

Mobile - 'Copy Text' action for descriptions and comments
I think it would be interesting to have a button to copy the text in the comments within the tasks, especially in the app.

See if my team using Freedcamp
As a project administrator I would like to be able to see when each user on the project last logged into freedcamp so that I can tell when they last accessed the system and therefore know who needs to be spoken to about working on their assigned tasks
19 votesIf you download users to XLS from Manage System you will get this information. If you use Premium plan you can see it here https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/5lfab#what-information-is-available-on-the-invoices--his as well as download the same XLS file

The ability to import custom fields from XLS
I am moving from one instance of Freedcamp to another (I was a freelancer, now I'm employed) but the import XLS does not include any custom fields. I spent a long time copying the custom field template in the new version of Freedcamp only to realise I am going to have to manually add the data (to 142 tasks!). I appreciate this might not be needed frequently but surely it can't be difficult to allow all data to be imported as long as the fields exist in the final destination?

Issue Tracker - add import from Excel
It would be nice to import a CSV/Excel of issues from one project into another. For example, leaving JIRA for FreedCamp but not wanting to manually add all the outstanding tickets.

Tasks - sort by date with subtasks or task lists
Sometimes I add subtasks either under a main task (or within a task list) and the way I added them don't necessary correlate to the date I assigned them. I would like to be able to "sort" under a task, and all the substasks re-arrange in order of due date, instead of the non-organized way I entered them. I know I could manually re-arrange, but that would take a long time, and it would be nice if they could just auto-sort if I wanted!

Mobile - @mentions in mobile apps (iOS & Android)
I noticed that there is a feature for @mention in desktop app & browser. However I could not be able to use @mention in mobile apps. Are there any error in my iPhone?

Send an email to the administrator for any change in the project
It would be great to have an option to automatically send an Email for any change in the project to one administrator without possibility to quit the notification to this Email for other users.
3 votesIf you want to get all updates in projects simply turn on daily digest email (3) as shown here – https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/phaab#settings
