Project description
We are working on many small projects. The current project description is a short text field that doesn't allow to put details.
Now we put the description in the first task, but that means that every time we need to go back to the first task to see the project details.I would like to have a full text field for project description - the way tasks have it.

The Gantt - Resource Utilization Add-on
It will be great to have a resource utilization addon just like Gantt charts addon wherein we can understand if the resource is 100% utilized or not. Microsoft Project and Primavera P7 have this functionality.

API - add Calendar events
We are using Calendar events to setup and manage working hours by user and it will be very helpful if we can retrieve all these informations from REST API in order to generate accurate reporting.

Templates for notes section (see description)
This would be great specifically for our blogs so for each blog we need to identify a title and SCO title or description focused keywords and also the persona and Leslie the stage of the purchase path that we are crafting the blog for each time I post a blog to do I have to write all of this stuff out again it would be awesome to have the items that need to be filled in pre-populated with some sort of dropped down that would add these items.

Global search : for sub-task show task title
Hi,
Search is much-much better!
Could it be that for sub-tasks also the task title is showed front of / above the sub-task title?
Currently: for every task that's a meeting I have 'arrange', 'meeting' and 'post...' sub-tasks - searching on 'arrange' brings up all of them, but without the task title I don't have any idea for which one I was searching for.
Cheers,

Make all hyperlinks default to _blank target
When creating hyperlinks in discussions or tasks, make the default target _blank, so that we don't have to remember to set the target, thereby allowing links to be clicked without leaving the current task or discussion and not losing our place.

Ability to mark tasks as 'Parked'
There are situations where due to lack of response, passage of time or availability of staff, a task is reduced in importance. It may contain a useful conversation or is worth reviving if input/resource is received.
I can't mark it as completed, don't want to delete it, but do want it out of the immediate to do list.
I'd like to be able to mark it as something like: parked, ideas, on hold, ice box, dusty.14 votesIt possible now with Custom Statuses for Tasks https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/Espab

Add a "label" to a task rather than a user.
I run a lot of projects where other companies handle some of the tasks. I have all my team's tasks in Freedcamp but it would be nice for my management of a project to be able to put a few tasks in and assign them to "Agency B" where that isn't a user or anyone (as I don't want other companies with access to my projects whatsoever) but I can just see which tasks are being outsourced.
Actually, lots of us outsource things, right? It's quite useful... I could even assign a user like "Upwork" if I have some freelancer…

To be able to expand the document note taking capabilities in the task
As each task is a piece of content I wish to create.
3 votesA workaround will be to use GoogleDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox integrations to link reach format documents to your tasks. When done, even multiple people can edit it.

Completed date : quick set and change
I would like a simple and quick way to set and change the completion date.
I would like to use minimal clicks & don't bump between different GUI (visual context), want to stay focused on my process:
a) List View : (double-)click on the icon and that sets the CompletedDate on today, then hover over CompletedDate and 'pop-up' options: clear (currently "X" on red) and "Change", second opens the date picker, set the date
b) select date from left side (currently called "Due Date"), drag to & hold over the task, 'pop-up' show up "Start Date" - "Due Date" -…1 vote -
Creation of a PDF report containing all Project data.
Creation of a PDF report containing in one section the executive summary of the Project, and then in another section all the details of the Project.
Thus, in a team meeting, or even a customer visit, this material may be presented and / or delivered.
On the report, for example, in the executive summary contain:
- Dashboard with the main graphics of project performance.
- The Summary of activities, as presented when we access the project. And in the detailed section of the project, bring:
- Identification of the Project, with the name and description thereof.
- Team Identification

KANBAN view display as much details as there are in the LIST view (assignee, due date, priority, date completed)
it would be extremely useful to have the KANBAN view display as much details as there are in the LIST view.
currently on the TASK BOARD, the assignee, due date, priority are shown In the list view and the date completed on subtask is also shown in the list view, but it does not show up on kanban view.
at a minimum, the due date should be on the kanban/sticky note and changed to red in colour when it is past due.36 votes -
Tasks - custom Priority attributes
Please consider giving us the capability or renaming the priority labels. I would like to rename the 3 priorities "Low", "Medium" and "High". Thank you.
5 votesYou can create the ‘Severity’ drop down with 10 values using Custom Fields for tasks https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/oMhab – we allow to select custom fields to be displayed in the list views now as well as to group tasks by these values or even use them as Kanban columns.
You can filter and search by these values as well. -
Search - allow to search items with due/start 'Set' in addition to 'Not Set'
Similar to this one: https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/17359255-search-for-items-with-no-due-date-set
Having items with no due date (or start date) clutters the Gantt task view, which makes it a bit challenging when you have to sort through all the irrelevant backlog items.
1 voteAdded “Set” value available for ‘Due Date’, ‘Start Date’ for Tasks and ‘Due Date’ for Issues.

Editor - the formatting toolbar appear both above AND Below the comment box
When writing LONG comments, it would be great if the formatting tools appeared at top and the bottom on the comment box to make it easier to add/remove bullets and other formatting tasks not available by keyboard shortcut, without having to scroll back up to the top. Another option would be to have the toolbar be sticky and visible regardless of the length of the comment being typed.

Define permission levels
It'd be great to have a place where the differences between the permission levels are explained. While "Admin" vs. "Read-only" are pretty clear, the lines get murkier for what a "pro-user" vs. "user" vs. "guest" can do.
If this is posted somewhere already, I wasn't able to find it -- so if that's the case, maybe we just need additional ways to get to it (or preferably, a direct link from anywhere that permission levels can be assigned).
