Resource task allocation indication colours change
Have a customisable feature that allows for a gradual change in the indication of task load in the resource area
Currently 1 task shows as a green circle, 2 or more as a red square.
We normally do 2 or 3 tasks on any given day, and only after this does it become an issue...
So if it could be set by the user to match their approach, e.g.
Green circle 1 or 2 tasks
Amber circle 3 tasks

Change the invoice date
I would like to create invoices with a later invoice date. Unfortunately there seems to be no possibility to adjust the invoice date manually.

Gmail add-on - Search for tasks by Tags and Add Tags to Tasks
Searching for tasks by tag would be helpful in the gmail add - as would adding existing or new tags to tasks which would save time when creating or editing tasks.

Gmail add-on - Convert Task to Subtask
Add the option to Convert a Task to Subtask with the dropdown to select the parent task - a function that's currently available when I Edit a Task

Hubspot
Integrate the calendar with Hubspot. Hubspot does not have a calendar feature nor a way to track tasks that are not affiliated with a contact record.

Wiki - global
I would like to be able to have global Wikis. I use the Wiki to create training documents for staff. These entries would be useful to have across all projects. Perhaps the ability to have Wiki entries appear in multiple projects without having to copy them over?

Action: New project created in Freedcamp from a prebuilt template.It would be awesome if Freedcamp could also pull certain fields like "client name" and "business package" to fill in template information.

Tasks - assign colors to task lists
Going from google's agenda to Freedcamp's, I had a bad time creating my agendas inside projects : I usually create colors for each task list, so I can manage them with visual assistance.
Can you bring some way to choose a color for each task lists ? Maybe based on the project's color.Thx !

"OneNote" or "Evernote" like capability for a project
I'd like Freedcamp to be my one stop shop for all management of project correspondence, notes, meetings (with notes) - but I find myself trying to use the Wiki which serves only partial need - basic note taking, but no integrations (e.g., Outlook or OneNote). So I migrate back and forth between Outlook and OneNote and creative ways to keep Freedcamp linked to these sources. It would be great to be able to do all of this information management within Freedcamp.

Project Management - "Projects At-a-Glance" Dashboard
I see several ideas that could all roll up into what I have in mind. I would like to be able to have a rollup of key milestones into a single project dashboard that I monitor. This dashboard would summarize tasks remaining, percent completion, up next (by priority). This would serve as an overview of projects "at a glance". From the dashboard you would be able to drill down into specific projects, tasks within a project, etc.
16 votesWe are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.

task complete notification sent to third party
I use this program across seven buildings and have a google form that submits work orders. The problem I am having is people being notified when the work orders are complete.

Recurrence - edit repeating calendar events individually
There should be a way to edit/modify/delete single events in repeating calendar events. Right now you can only modify or delete the entire series.

Hide email from everybody or make it an option to display or not.
This would come in handy for us because we do white label work for other companies and their clients would be submitting files and would be able to see our emails giving away that we are actually doing the work and not the company they hired directly.

Monday to sat/sun working weeks
Ability to set Monday - Saturday (and Sunday) work weeks. Or custom work week days

No need to send invoices by e-mail.
I would be happy if it is possible to move invoices from the "draft" folder to the "pending" folder - without the invoice having been sent by email
