The ability to export projects has made my job A LOT easier, but it would be even better if the Description field was included in the export.

The Start & Due Dates (or Just Due Dates for Free Version) Right Aligned in Task Board
Rather than have start and due dates left aligned with the rest of the task information, it would be great to have these dates right aligned so that you could easily review them without having your eyes jump from side to side depending on how long or short the text is for a given task and the ones above and below. This is just a nice to have.

Start/end date for projects & roll up calendar view for projects
Right now you can’t set start/end dates for projects in order to do high level planning. Would like to set a project start/end date and be able to have a calendar view where you can just see the the projects (not tasks). Perhaps you would have the ability to add milestones. This would essentially be a type of filter on what to display in the calendar. This would help with program planning for people trying to rollout many projects at once.

Hi!
Would be great if I could download the whole project at once as a ZIP/RAR/7Z or so archive,with the structure, like this:

An option to delete all completed tasks under a task list
Add an option to the Task List drop-down, similar to the "Delete completed tasks" available at project level, to allow completed tasks under a particular list to be deleted

Project view on calendar
Right now you can filter for individual projects and see all the tasks related to that project. What I’d really love is if I could have a project-level view, where I can just see the start/end date of the projects spanning across various weeks. That way I could look at a given month and see high level which projects the company is focusing on, and decide when I should time out the start date of a new project. Sometimes I will have a lot of lists within a project which also has a lot of tasks within them, but when I look at my task list all of the list are open and if I want to refine the lists to only look at one or two I have to manually collapse all of the lists that I don't want expanded to focus on the couple that I do.10 votes -
Global Team assigned to Project Groups
The Global Team update is great, but it would be helpful to allow a Global Team to be assigned to Project Groups to allow permission levels to propagate down across all projects in a group.
20 votesThis is completed. On the Free plan this is the only management system available now - users and global teams are added to groups and have access to all projects in a group. On paid plans you have a choice of advanced system as it was before or simple system.

Create milestones in Gantt charts
Create milestones in Gantt charts: when creating a task, it would be great to be able to configure milestones related to such a task, so it would be visually present in the Gantt chart of the related task.

Tasks - auto archive completed tasks older than x days
I think it would be very useful to have an option to automatically archive completed tasks in a project after a configurable number of days. I use freedcamp to manage tasks in my household and my task lists are starting to get quite crowded with completed tasks I no longer need.

Tasks board view - Task list per team member
It would be great to have a Kanban breakdown per team member to see how many and which tasks are listed under each member of the team. If this feature already exists, I do not know how to access it.

Gantt chart - display events
Events should appear in Gantt chart overview to prevent conflicting events/tasks. An event is just a planned fixed task. It would help scheduling to be able to see those events within the Gantt chart view without having to duplicate the event as a separate task.

A detailed activity log
Currently in the "Activity" widget, we can see that a change was made to a specific item/task, but we cannot see exactly what was changed. It would be good if we could see the old value versus the updated value.
For example: user X changed the due date of task Y from Z to W.Also, the activity is currently limited to 20 rows; what about the rest?

Google shared drives (formerly known as Team Drives) integration
We use GSuite Business and have access to Team Drives. It allows us to store all of our files on the Team Drive and give those in our organization access to that drive without having to share each folder or file. There is already integration with Google Drive. Integration with GSuite Team Drive would be great.

Mobile app - access documents files from ios app
It would be usefull to access document files from the ios app so that when on the go I can still access files within a project
9 votesYou can download attachments and preview images without downloading them. Opening files shared on cloud drives (Google Drive, Dropbox etc.) by opening associated mobile applications or browsers (if no associated app is found) will be added in 2020.

I couldn't see any place to manage all existing Freedcamp users. There should be a place to see all existing users in our system and we should be able to manage them. Can you please help?
