  1. Wiki undo delete or a Wiki trash bin. There have been Wiki’s that have been deleted that I wish I could restore. Most other Wiki software have trash bins. Trash bin for Wiki in Freedcamp would be helpful. Thank you.

  2. Any CRM Call's cannot currently be completed, so how do I know whether this has been actioned?

    Also, any completed CRM task/call should appear with a different colour (as per project tasks) in the calendar, so that I can see these have been dealt with.

  3. GDrive whole Folder link , not only files.
    Ex. I have project like "updating documentation". As a source is older with older documents from 2019 or 2018, it's much easier to add whole GDrive folder than add files one by one. The same with other cases - adding whole folder would be great for our team.

  5. As we cannot enter times for task, we are using the Calendar Event function for this. It would be good if anyone assigned/invited to a calendar event also sees this in the 'My Work' summary on the homepage dashboard.

  7. Have a customisable feature that allows for a gradual change in the indication of task load in the resource area
    Currently 1 task shows as a green circle, 2 or more as a red square.
    We normally do 2 or 3 tasks on any given day, and only after this does it become an issue...
    So if it could be set by the user to match their approach, e.g.
    Green circle 1 or 2 tasks
    Amber circle 3 tasks
    Red square 4 or more tasks

  9. Searching for tasks by tag would be helpful in the gmail add - as would adding existing or new tags to tasks which would save time when creating or editing tasks.

  12. I would like to be able to have global Wikis. I use the Wiki to create training documents for staff. These entries would be useful to have across all projects. Perhaps the ability to have Wiki entries appear in multiple projects without having to copy them over?

  13. Integrate the calendar with Hubspot. Hubspot does not have a calendar feature nor a way to track tasks that are not affiliated with a contact record.

  14. Trigger: Client submits Google Form or Typeform
    Action: New project created in Freedcamp from a prebuilt template.

    It would be awesome if Freedcamp could also pull certain fields like "client name" and "business package" to fill in template information.

  15. Going from google's agenda to Freedcamp's, I had a bad time creating my agendas inside projects : I usually create colors for each task list, so I can manage them with visual assistance.
    Can you bring some way to choose a color for each task lists ? Maybe based on the project's color.

I'd like Freedcamp to be my one stop shop for all management of project correspondence, notes, meetings (with notes) - but I find myself trying to use the Wiki which serves only partial need - basic note taking, but no integrations (e.g., Outlook or OneNote). So I migrate back and forth between Outlook and OneNote and creative ways to keep Freedcamp linked to these sources. It would be great to be able to do all of this information management within Freedcamp.

  20. I see several ideas that could all roll up into what I have in mind. I would like to be able to have a rollup of key milestones into a single project dashboard that I monitor. This dashboard would summarize tasks remaining, percent completion, up next (by priority). This would serve as an overview of projects "at a glance". From the dashboard you would be able to drill down into specific projects, tasks within a project, etc.

    We are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.
