CRM - add Dashboard
An overall CRM dashboard would be nice as it will allow to see the status of leads at a glance. Also be able to convert a lead into a project directly from CRM would be an awesome feature as well.

Tags for time records through the API
I can create a time record through the API but i cannot create tags for it altough i'm able to do that on the web interface. It would be great if i would be able to add tags through the API too.

Zapier – Action – Create Time Entry
Details I would like to use zapier to send calendar entries from my calendar (using categories) to Freedcamp as time entries.

Invoices
Default values for invoices like VAT and cost per hour (Instead of adding it line by line).

Playable Voice Messages / Audio
Similar to Evernote, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram. It would be very helpful if there is a voice recorder feature in each task creator or comments bar. Where we can click/hold the button to record our voices so our team could listen to it without downloading it.

Tags - add coloring
Please consider adding the ability to apply colors to tags, which would make them easier to differentiate. I think this would be especially useful if you end up adding support to show tags on the Task Board, Widgets Board, etc. (see https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/36566293-make-tags-visible-on-task-overview-pages)

Gantt for Projects - show gaps
Currently, the project bar spans from the date of the first task until the end of the last, despite gaps in timeline. For eg. I have a project starting in November that won't end until February. However, there are no tasks scheduled across the Christmas break yet it appears that there is. Another example is that when running multiple projects, it appears that multiple projects are being run at the same time when it isn't always the case.
If the project bar is only visible when there is a task in place, it will reduce clutter and more accurately reflect…

A lot of people leave 1-2 gaps between tasks in any project. For example, the Critical Chain approach by Goldratt calls them buffers. If we will show all gaps Gantt for projects will look like fence most of the time.
Sure – we can show the project name and its progress after the bar.
What do you think?
It will also be cool to be able to change color opacity for areas with a lot of tasks (darker) to less load (lighter) color.

CRM - BigCommerce integration
It would be nice to connect the Freedcamp CRM to BigCommerce (https://www.bigcommerce.com/) so we could send a lead's info that becomes a customer in BigCommerce. A bonus would be if a BigCommerce order could be linked to the lead in the Freedcamp CRM somehow.

Tasks - hide task list from specific users
It would be helpful if we could assgin specific people to a task list meaning they could only see that list or have the ability to mark someone as a client then add a checkbox to almost everything that says do not show to "client name" in bold. That way it makes it easier for team to collaborate without the client seeing.

Salesflare
Integrate with Salesflare to automatically create accounts. Salesflare is the easiest CRM but now that I'm spending time in Freedcamp - I just want to have the easy pulled into the effective.

Zapier - trigger - a new client is added
It would be great to separate members and clients in Freedcamp so that any automation to do with clients can occur. For example, I'd like to be able to add a client to Freedcamp and then that action trigger a Zapier to add the client to other systems such as accounting SaaS. This will mean changing the current membership structure to accommodate 'clients'

Capture your screen, collect user feedback, and track bugs reports on any website, prototype, or application.
Let's say we onboard a client for a site redesign. It would be nice to have a tool that could allow an overlay on the client site, so the client can make notes and requests regarding changes.
Those notes could be linked to the project, and upon approval, that would be on the issue tracker.
Something like Userback or Fronter.io

Zapier - Trigger - Tasks - progress status changed
Would love to be able to trigger automation based on a task moving stage. (e.g. moved to 'in progress', 'completed' etc)

Projects Board - groups/projects beside each other
place groups with one project beside each othe instead of below each other.
I have a lot of groups that have one or two projects. And a few that have 10 projects or more.
So I have to do a lot of scrolling in the project view, while 80% of my screen is empty.
Can the CSS be changed so that project groups flow left to right, keeping groups together?
