  2. Mobile app - add Issue Tracker

    I want issue tracker tab created in the mobile app
    And all the status control that can found in the website must added to it
    If not it's useless to download yours app

  3. Project Details

    A new project should have a space for Project Leader, Unique Number, Overall Price etc, The Project Dashboard should have a overall gauge in % of how far completed the project is. Each task could also have a % input selector.The Project Dashboard has Tasks, Milestones,Discussions,Files & Calendar - but not a button for overall project that you click to get a details report of milestones and tasks to print to give to Managers. You only have the Excel exports. Still lacking on these things before we upgrade. We would love to start using it full time

  4. Expose Freedcamp DB as a power BI content pack

    would like to have Freedcamp as a data connection available as a power bi content pack to enable creating interactive dashboards for viewing tasks by project, user, etc.

    Sorry – we will not expose the database to any 3rd party applications or services unless it is an Enterprise account + private cloud setup we offer (a single-tenant isolated AWS account in a region of your choosing)

  5. Single action to remove user from all projects/admin groups

    Removing people from an organization expeditiously is a common enough need, and a sensitive enough issue, that things must be coordinated to remove someone's access across the board, all at once, to the extent possible. Coordinating with outside support would often not be possible.

    I would see the absence of the ability to do this as a definite deal breaker for a lot of orgs, especially corporate ones, a required feature. Perhaps they would be willing to sponsor such a feature, if enough inside had already been convinced that they like the rest of the functionality, but it could also…

  6. Task Templates

    We work on multiple projects. The idea is we have a set of tasks we perform on every project and creating those every time for every project is a daunting task. It would be really nice if we could define our tasks template and import in the new projects

    There are multiple ways to duplicate a project or copy its tasks to a new one.

  7. Jump to Bottom of Task

    It would be nice to have 'jump to bottom' of the details task page. Given that the latest comments to tasks appear at the bottom of the page it would be nice to be able to click a button and jump down to the bottom of the page - and vice versa - a button to jump to the top.

  8. Have a webmail client built in with ability to save an email to a project

    If there was an email tab that connects to a users inbox e.g. via IMAP a user could then work mostly within Freedcamp.

    If there is then an email that might be of use to other users, this email could be dragged and dropped to a specific project (perhaps saved as a note?)

  9. Filter the tasks on the Calendar without hiding the Events

    Hi,

    At the moment if you filter the calendar by task progress for example, the Events are hidden. I would like to be view the Events however whilst filtering the tasks.

  10. Global Milestones Board

    Projects in the same group are often related, so similar to global calendar it would be great to have a central link to all milestones within a project group. Or better a global link so that all milestones can be centrally linked and managed

  11. Calendar - add event lists allowing to categorize events

    Currently with Tasks (and Discussions) I can go to the top right of the page, click on the gear (Settings) icon, then click on "Manage Task Groups" to create/edit/delete/order Task Groups. It would be great to have the same capability on the Calendar app for Events.

    The "Manage Event Groups" feature would work exactly the same as the "Manage Task Groups" feature with the same UI layout and capabilities.
    - [bonus feature]: the ability to color code Event Groups, even if limited to 8-10 colors.

  12. Issues Board - add global board similar to tasks Board

    It would be useful to have an "Issues Board" alongside the Widgets Board, Calendar Board and Tasks Board. This could be available at https://freedcamp.com/dashboard/issues and would show issues from all of your Projects.

    It could be sortable and filterable, simililar to the Tasks Board.

  13. Time by person by project report

    Is there a way to see a breakdown of how much time I've spent on a particular project per month? I have to submit percentages of how much time I spent, to accounting. A pie chart breaking this down would be awesome so I don't have to guess!

  15. Enable task status change in Tasks board, filtered Kanban view

    Open Tasks board for all projects
    Create a filter (mine is Progress: no progress, in progress)
    Save a filter
    Switch to Kanban view

    Now I want to take a task from "No progress" and drag it to "In progress". Same for other columns.

  16. Fewer emails when tasks and issues are updated

    We love that Freedcamp sends emails when Tasks and Issues (in Issue Tracker) are updated. However, each time a task or issue is updated, we will receive at least 2 emails: 1 stating the issue was updated, and the other with comments. It would be nice if there was 1 email for each update noting what was changed (usually the status) as well as comments (if any were added).

  17. Add an option to Notification page to open in the same tab

    redirect instead of opening a new tab for each notification click on. How it is now is making for a messy browser.

  18. All in one email for featured task

    Last day, i added ~30 tasks in my project, were small tasks that have to do (for example) Sunday. Today, i received 30 different email for each task :) My suggestion is .. can you combined in to one "big" email?
