  1. At the moment the APi end points do not cover the wiki.

    Ideally I'd like to be able to list, create and update wiki pages via an official API.

    e.g.

    I imagined something like

    GET /api/wiki
    - get a list of wikis

    GET /api/wiki/id/page
    - get list of pages for wiki

    Get /api/wiki/id/page/id
    - get meta data and HTML of the page

    Get /api/wiki/id/page/id/version
    - get meta data and HTML of the page version

    POST /api/wiki/id/page/version
    - update a version

    POST /api/wiki/id/page
    - create a new page

  2. The issues/tasks should contain a history off all changes since creation:

    For example:

    created by X on 1.1.19;
    asignned to X on 1.1.19;
    edited by X on 1.1.19;
    closed by ...

  3. I would like to be able to see who is assigned to a task from the weekly overview, especially to see quickly seeing that a task is not assigned to someone.

  4. place groups with one project beside each othe instead of below each other.

    I have a lot of groups that have one or two projects. And a few that have 10 projects or more.

    So I have to do a lot of scrolling in the project view, while 80% of my screen is empty.

    Can the CSS be changed so that project groups flow left to right, keeping groups together?

  6. it would be extremely useful to have the KANBAN view display as much details as there are in the LIST view.
    currently on the TASK BOARD, the assignee, due date, priority are shown In the list view and the date completed on subtask is also shown in the list view, but it does not show up on kanban view.
    at a minimum, the due date should be on the kanban/sticky note and changed to red in colour when it is past due.

  7. When a user is deleted from an account project/group have the ability to reassign that user's assigned tasks and any project ownership to another user. Comments in discussion would just leave user's name.

    We are working on improved users management system which will include replace function and “invite a new user with existing user permissions” – will also subscribe to all things that existing user is subscribed.

  8. Currently each task shows completed date & created date. If it shows start progress date, we can measure completion duration for each task

    We will show Activity History in each task next to Comments so you can see all changes made to a task including who and when made those changes.

    This history will be limited to the last X days on the Free plan.

  9. Allow users to provide a notification method when someone posts on a wall. For example via email or text message. Alternatively, provide a method for a user to request another use to login into Freedcamp to go to the wall for a discussion. Unfortunately, absent of a IM integration (desktop, mobile, etc.) a user has to email or txt or IM (via other service) a request for a user to join.

    The new Chat application is coming soon which will replace Wall.

    It will contain text, voice, video, screen sharing, and recording functions and added to all plans starting with text chat on the free plan.

    It will be launched on the web, desktop, and mobile and be integrated with projects and items (tasks, events etc.). You will also be able to select people and have unrelated chats 1:1 or 1:many

  10. It would be amazing to have a customization section of sentences and or translation in Settings. In this section, there would be a list of phrases (in English) used in some parts of the system, and, beside it, a text box for each user typed a phrase (in English or another language) so that text be customized to the project or user team. This would improve the customization of the system, approaching more the individual reality of each project and or user and solve (or help much) to users who can not work in English.

  14. Currently you can only assign a to-do to one person or every person.

    It would be great to be able to assign a to-do to 2< people.

  15. It often feels like I have to click around many places to get a glimse of what's happening on a project or in the whole freedcamp space. It would be great to have available an "everything" feed that would include discussions, tasks, etc without having to view them separately

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for posting!

    We realized it here a few months ago and now in final stages of a new default home page – https://www.dropbox.com/s/9e0c8l69e4u99iu/New%20Dashboard.png?dl=0 which we will later allow you to customize, New Notifications page and new daily recap email with matching always-up-to-date page in Freedcamp.

    We totally agree – most of the time you should be able to do all the collaboration and work from visiting just one page in Freedcamp – no matter how many projects you are part of.

  16. It'd be helpful for Task Groups to have conditional visibility during Filters/Search. Currently, desired items are buried if they are not in the top Task Groups. It may also help if collapsing a Task Group actually makes it take up less space than a Task Group that has no Tasks in it.

    For example, let's say I have 10 Task Groups setup. I click on a Saved Search. The saved search makes Tasks show up in Task Group #9 and #10. I have to scroll through a bunch of wasted space in order to see data that I'm trying to…

  19. Since my clients are Dutch, I would like to serve them with a dutch interface. I can imagine there are more people who want to display FC in their own languages. If there is an English language file available, I would be happy to translate it!

  20. We have a number of Clients (Groups) and each has a number of Projects. In your DASHBOARD view, where the clients and their respective Projects are listed, the dividing line between Groups is not that clear, visually pairing the Group title with the Projects above it instead. An update to your existing style sheet, you shoul simply add two lines. Currently:

    dashboard .recent_projects, #dashboard .group {

    margin-bottom: 30px;
    

    }

    UPDATE:
