  1. Most if not all of my reoccurring tasks need to happen weekly on one day of the week forever. It would be nice to set either at an account, project, or global basis default reoccurring task settings. Having to adjust the weekly recurring settings down to just one day by deleting Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. and then setting it to never end is time consuming when creating several tasks. Thank you.

  2. I deal with a lot of recurrent tasks. but not all have the same title for example we run one type of report every month but not every month are he same parameters even thought is the same report and we know a years in advance the title this is consider a recurrent task. example of a recurrent task.
    Grocery shopping - Apples
    Grocery Shopping - Pears
    Grocery Shopping - Bananas

    This is just an example how this is a recurrent task but every time we have to buy something different even thought still applies to grocery shopping.

  3. It would be nice to be able to keep subtasks closed. I know how to close them by scrolling to the top, but I need a way to keep the closed, or close after you use it, easily. I don't like logging into Freedcamp and having all tasks and subtasks open.

  4. Since we are working from distance because of pandemic, using digital whiteboards is very popular now. I believe it will become a trend which sticks with us in future too.

    It will be very useful to have integrations with Miro or Mural platforms.

  5. Add the ability to connect "quarterly milestones (key results)" to annual milestones. This would allow for annual and X year target milestones to track quarterly progress

  6. There are times here we need to schedule a task for the last weekday of the month. Currently there is no way to schedule a task other than on a way of week or day of the month. Would it be possible to add "First Weekday" and "Last Weekday" of the month?

  7. In my AGENDA, if a task due date is on a previous date, it disappears. It would be incredibly helpful for the homepage AGENDA to have a section above the current date that indicates "past due" items - along with the date the item was originally due. Perhaps this section would grow large and be overwhelming for some people, so having an easy way to toggle it on and off would be helpful to some.

    Showing it the Calendar (Agenda) will be a bit weird I think. What if we will show them in the Work section above the CURRENT WORKLOAD paragraph as OVERDUE? But it will be only your own overdue items.

    You can also get access to all overdue items on the Tasks Board by creating a saved search to show you all overdue items with two clicks (select status In Progress or No Progress and Due date in the past).

  8. Most calendar apps indicate the current day some way. You can even see this in the calendar view on the Android Freedcamp app as a buble around the current date. This would be a nice feature on the calendar that pops up in Freedcamp's android app when you go to select the due date for a task.

  9. From what I can tell, on the home page, the current workload section of the Work widget only shows in-progress items that have either a start date or due date assigned to them. But I often have work tasks that are "in progress" but do not have a start date or end date assigned.

    I would like to see this list include tasks that are in-progress but have no dates. I can understand why they would not show up in the Agenda section. But I want my "current workload" to show me EVERYTHING across all projects that's listed as "in…

  10. I wish there was a way to get a clean, simplified view of a wiki page so it was more suitable for printing, converting to a PDF, etc.

    Ideally you'd be able to configure/select what you want on the simplified view. For example I am sure some people would want to see the author of the wiki in the simplified view while other would not. But even if the simplified view just showed the title and the description, that would be useful.

    Ideally the simplified view could be shown in a browser window too.

    I'm not sure if I'd want…

  11. Evernote is self-destructing. They released a complete re-write of their app way before it was ready and they are losing many many customers, including me. I have THOUSANDS of notes in Evernote. and I am trying to get off of Evernote completely. That's how I found Freedcamp and I love it.

    Currently the only way I can get stuff out of Evernote without cutting and pasting is to email a note into a task list or discussion and I have been doing that one at a time. But it is a SLOW process.

  12. I have read on a post from several years ago there is a way to archive project groups. However, I don't see the option. When I click on the 3 dots beside the project group the option to archive the group (including the header) is not there. What I would like to do is the same as when you archive a project. Have the ability to "hide" the complete group and the project header with the ability to view at a later time just like the you can the projects now.

  13. Each time tracker should show me the sum of all the time it has spent in "Doing" state. I should be able to override it or adjust it if I wish.

    a) I click "new tracker"
    b) It picks the current time and starts at 00:00 in "Stoppped" state
    c) I can add as many trackers like this as I like and edit their values at will
    d) When I start/pause/unpause a tracker, it updates itself with the time spent, no need for data entry by a human.

    I don't see why I would bother pausing or unpausing a tracker…

  14. As someone who manages a department with deadlines based on a specific business day of the month, it would be really helpful to have an option to have a task recur every x business day of the month.

    For example, we must have our bank reporting completed by the 10th business day of the month. That might land on the 12th of March, 2021, or 14th of April, 2021.

    Thoughts?

  15. It would be great to have software that you can install on your PC in order to set projects and tasks on which you're working meanwhile your PC is used.

    By using a simple interface by clicking on the tray icon you can start/pause/stop tasks progression in an easy way.

    Moreover, at this point would be great to have a Timing module above all projects in order to filter and export the working time upon different projects. (for some reason, the export widget permits to export time upon the different project, but the feature is enabled the only project by…

    Could it be possible, when I add my calendar on google agenda for exemple, to choose to share only events titles ? For exemple, I don't want to share what projet or group of projet each event belongs to. Neither do I want the description.

  18. In order to effectively use the Calendar app, a scheduling assistant is helpful to understand the team's availability.
    If not, another great option is to provide integration with a third party like Doodle.

Hello, it would be great to be able to assign (using drag-and-drop particularly) tasks to a team where individuals on that team can easily filter tasks assigned to their respective team and can take ownership in an agile approach. Currently tasks can only be assigned to an individual user or to everyone.
