Single action to remove user from all projects/admin groups
Removing people from an organization expeditiously is a common enough need, and a sensitive enough issue, that things must be coordinated to remove someone's access across the board, all at once, to the extent possible. Coordinating with outside support would often not be possible.
I would see the absence of the ability to do this as a definite deal breaker for a lot of orgs, especially corporate ones, a required feature. Perhaps they would be willing to sponsor such a feature, if enough inside had already been convinced that they like the rest of the functionality, but it could also…

There must be way to find all the updated tasks
When I've 4-5 projects to manage and several tasks in each project, then viewing the update in each task is very difficult, I've to either rely on email notification or go through every task one by one.
There should be a way to view updated tasks by others (not me), or there should be a notification listing.

Dashboard option to "Show all Projects" and "Sort by Name"/"Sort by Last Use"
We have lots of projects - so the current dashboard 'feature' to only show the first 5 projects in a group is not always desirable. I would like the option to scroll a bit vs. hunt and click a link.
Also this will make sort option by Name or by Last Use also desirable.

This setting is stored in browser local storage so when selected at work will not show at home unless also enabled at home.Cheers,

Discussions - add filters and sorting like in Tasks
I would like to be able to have a sort feature on the discussions page so that I can see only discussions which involves a specific person or persons. For instance I want to see only discussions where a Wiktor J. was included or commented. Or only discussions where Wiktor and Mark both commented.

It would be nice for each user to have the ability to create a personalized profile that contains things like their full name, website name, link, and social media links.

Batch actions for Tasks (multi action)
It would be very useful to be able to either have a) the ability to copy a group of subtasks to another task, or to b) be able to create a task which is not marked as completed until each person it is assigned to clicks that their part is "Complete". The scenario this would be useful in is in kind of like a class-room setup for a team or class. It isn’t a direct and perfect solution, but if you can get the data to Google Calendar or Outlook it opens up a lot more possibilities for what you want to do including yearly view -

Allow to change the text color in Discussions and comments
Would it be possible to add the ability to color the text in discussions and comments? Many times, there will be some important text in a discussion post that we want to draw attention to, and being able to color that portion of the text so it stands out would be very helpful. All in one email for featured task
Last day, i added ~30 tasks in my project, were small tasks that have to do (for example) Sunday. Today, i received 30 different email for each task :) My suggestion is .. can you combined in to one "big" email?

View only mode for customer
I'm using Freedcamp to follow the task of my collegues on my project. I would like to create a user that would be the customer so he can see how the project is going. This type of user would only be in view mode and I would have the possibility to decide which task he can see.

I see this as an added pay business feature. And it could be pretty simple. Possibly integrated into the main "projects" view.

It would be nice to have a "stoplight" status associated with tasks that could be assigned manually and then displayed on a separate dashboard. This way we could have our internal notes and tasks, but have an overall "red/yellow/green" status we can display to our clients.

Combined notifications
We often get two or three notifications in a row for a task:
1: that it has had comment added
2. that it has been started
3. that it has been completed.Sometimes the users click the wrong button and they end up resetting it back to not-started, generating another notification!
So many emails leads to them being ignored.
Could these and other updates be combined somehow?
Perhaps the changes could be buffered and then sent as in one email only if there actually is a change.Or could the interface be tweaked to avoid separate actions:.
