  1. I would like to be able to have global Wikis. I use the Wiki to create training documents for staff. These entries would be useful to have across all projects. Perhaps the ability to have Wiki entries appear in multiple projects without having to copy them over?

  3. It would be great if we could paste a URL to upload a file. The file would be downloaded to your server or uploaded to Drive. This is good to integrate with services that provide file sharing but are not supported by Freedcamp. Or maybe, the file could be stored as the URL, so the Freedcamp file would be indeed redirected to the shared file.

  4. Going from google's agenda to Freedcamp's, I had a bad time creating my agendas inside projects : I usually create colors for each task list, so I can manage them with visual assistance.
    Can you bring some way to choose a color for each task lists ? Maybe based on the project's color.

  5. ideas popup in your head, so instead of keeping them in your thoughts and forget them, connect with google keep through Freedcamp to write it down and come back to it later.

  6. GDrive whole Folder link , not only files.
    Ex. I have project like "updating documentation". As a source is older with older documents from 2019 or 2018, it's much easier to add whole GDrive folder than add files one by one. The same with other cases - adding whole folder would be great for our team.

  7. Trigger: Client submits Google Form or Typeform
    Action: New project created in Freedcamp from a prebuilt template.

    It would be awesome if Freedcamp could also pull certain fields like "client name" and "business package" to fill in template information.

  8. Hello,
    I know it's possible to switch views by using the cogwheel... but I think it's 1 click more than it should be.
    Yes, of course it's just 1 click... but when you're switching several times between Gantt view (to see dependencies and overall planning) and Kanban (to check more easily what's done and what's not), it becomes a bit tedious.

    Would it be possible to either add the selection in the main page (not via cogwheel button) or have keyboard shortcuts to do that?

    Sorry if this idea has already been mentioned...however

    I would love to see Guest Comments (text and images) that can be converted to a Task and the abilty to move Comments from one task to another (especially for the case where the very young, very old, vunerable and disadvantaged persons are concerned - who may NOT be IT literate and also for those of us who make allot of mistakes.
    Easily moving a wrongly placed Comment to the correct Task in such cases would be a huge time saver and converting a Comment into a Task would be…

    It would be great if we could add/create multiple tasks/sub-tasks by copy-pasting a list of texts (from clipboard).

    Also good if there's a notification like: "Are you sure you want to create multiple tasks/sub-tasks? (This happens when you paste a multi-line text in Freedcamp tasks/sub-tasks)"
    (I noticed I can do this in Google Tasks.)

  14. Currently when you use the Project Template plugin it only works correctly if you base your project dates Due Dates. When we setup projects ours are based on Start Date. So if we try to setup a project using the plugin we have to enter ALL dates by hand.

    We can't be the only one who uses start dates with the project template plugin.

  15. This would help differentiate all-day vs. time-specific (start/end times, and ability to color-code tags and categories for easier at-a-glance review.

  17. I can create a time record through the API but i cannot create tags for it altough i'm able to do that on the web interface. It would be great if i would be able to add tags through the API too.

    - Ability to add more than one recipient when sending the invoice.
    - Ability to forward invoice to more than one person at a single time.

    Medium term:
    - Ability to tag invoices to a project so that we can know the details of the invoices at a project level. Currently, we can only view the invoice at the org level.

    - Ability to group the items of the invoices under a customizable header.

  19. Make the "Timer Running" indicator in the top bar much more visible. The tiny green dot that pulses is really easy to miss for me. I would prefer to turn the whole clock green rather than just a small dot.

    Also, it would be nice to have a configurable pop-up notification for "timer still running".

    Another program that I use actually puts up a notification, and if the timer is running for a really long time, sends out an SMS notification.

I'd like Freedcamp to be my one stop shop for all management of project correspondence, notes, meetings (with notes) - but I find myself trying to use the Wiki which serves only partial need - basic note taking, but no integrations (e.g., Outlook or OneNote). So I migrate back and forth between Outlook and OneNote and creative ways to keep Freedcamp linked to these sources. It would be great to be able to do all of this information management within Freedcamp.
