  2. I run a lot of projects where other companies handle some of the tasks. I have all my team's tasks in Freedcamp but it would be nice for my management of a project to be able to put a few tasks in and assign them to "Agency B" where that isn't a user or anyone (as I don't want other companies with access to my projects whatsoever) but I can just see which tasks are being outsourced.

    Actually, lots of us outsource things, right? It's quite useful... I could even assign a user like "Upwork" if I have some freelancer…

This would be great specifically for our blogs so for each blog we need to identify a title and SCO title or description focused keywords and also the persona and Leslie the stage of the purchase path that we are crafting the blog for each time I post a blog to do I have to write all of this stuff out again it would be awesome to have the items that need to be filled in pre-populated with some sort of dropped down that would add these items.

When writing LONG comments, it would be great if the formatting tools appeared at top and the bottom on the comment box to make it easier to add/remove bullets and other formatting tasks not available by keyboard shortcut, without having to scroll back up to the top. Another option would be to have the toolbar be sticky and visible regardless of the length of the comment being typed.

  6. When watching the daily recap, it is not visible to which parent task(s) the subtask listed belongs. It would be very nice to have the task hierarchy next to the task (could be smaller or grey, to reduce visual clutter). Take a look at e.g. Asana, there it is done quite nicely in the "My Tasks" list.

  8. The way I have setup Freedcam isn't really how it's "ment" to be used but it's a good way for me as I'm the only user.
    I have the projects "Company", "Jobs", "Leads" and "Prospects".
    Inside of each project I have different task-lists as categories.
    E.g. under "Jobs" I have each job I'm currently working on as its own list.

    Right now the names in my calendar looks like this: "Recording [Jobb in Jobb]". The first Jobb I'm guessing is the group and the second Jobb is my project.
    I would much rather make it read "Recording [Lost in the…

  11. There are situations where due to lack of response, passage of time or availability of staff, a task is reduced in importance. It may contain a useful conversation or is worth reviving if input/resource is received.
    I can't mark it as completed, don't want to delete it, but do want it out of the immediate to do list.
    I'd like to be able to mark it as something like: parked, ideas, on hold, ice box, dusty.

  12. We are using Calendar events to setup and manage working hours by user and it will be very helpful if we can retrieve all these informations from REST API in order to generate accurate reporting.

  13. I wish the calendar entry in calendar view did not list the time, which takes all of column space, requiring add'l click. On Monday, it's most obvious, as it's right next to the hours on the left, and all I see is that I have a 1:00 at 1:00. https://imgur.com/a/jhfuN9A

Rather than have start and due dates left aligned with the rest of the task information, it would be great to have these dates right aligned so that you could easily review them without having your eyes jump from side to side depending on how long or short the text is for a given task and the ones above and below. This is just a nice to have.

    You are heading ahead... :-)
    A small, though cosy feature I would like to suggest: add icons beside the sort-type drop-down for ascending and descending sort of the current list.
    Currently: to change only the order one needs to click on the drop-down, find the relevant option, click on it and click on the preferred sort order.
    Suggested: to change the order of (the currently sorted) list just click on the preferred icon.
    The icons might be simply two arrows (down and up), or the respected phrases you use with each sort option.

  17. Allow the people invited to a meeting to suggest a new time if the proposed time doesn't fit their schedule. This would especially be useful in the email notification that is sent to the invitee.

  18. Have a setting for "always notify assignee" as a system preference. It's redundant to assign the task and then have to also choose to notify them.
