  1. It would be great for longer duration tasks (1 week plus) to allow weekends to be excluded. This way, you could track a longer term task, while keeping an accurate agenda which would either include weekend work or not as appropriate.

  2. If you have a task list with all tasks assigned to the same person. Instead of dragging the name to all tasks, it would be better to drag the name to the task list so that every task is automatically assigned to that person

  4. When creating hyperlinks in discussions or tasks, make the default target _blank, so that we don't have to remember to set the target, thereby allowing links to be clicked without leaving the current task or discussion and not losing our place.

  6. We are working on many small projects. The current project description is a short text field that doesn't allow to put details.
Now we put the description in the first task, but that means that every time we need to go back to the first task to see the project details.

I would like to have a full text field for project description - the way tasks have it.

  8. I would like a simple and quick way to set and change the completion date.
I would like to use minimal clicks & don't bump between different GUI (visual context), want to stay focused on my process:
    a) List View : (double-)click on the icon and that sets the CompletedDate on today, then hover over CompletedDate and 'pop-up' options: clear (currently "X" on red) and "Change", second opens the date picker, set the date
    b) select date from left side (currently called "Due Date"), drag to & hold over the task, 'pop-up' show up "Start Date" - "Due Date" -…

  9. Hi,
    Search is much-much better!
Could it be that for sub-tasks also the task title is showed front of / above the sub-task title?
Currently: for every task that's a meeting I have 'arrange', 'meeting' and 'post...' sub-tasks - searching on 'arrange' brings up all of them, but without the task title I don't have any idea for which one I was searching for.
    Cheers,
    Géza

  10. Would it be possible to add a column view to the task lists? Currently the Task name, Status, Start Date and Due Date are all crowded together. It would be nice if each was in a clearly defined column with column headers.

  11. Similar to this one: https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/17359255-search-for-items-with-no-due-date-set

Having items with no due date (or start date) clutters the Gantt task view, which makes it a bit challenging when you have to sort through all the irrelevant backlog items.

  12. I'd love to see tags (optionally) visible when viewing task "overview" pages (like the Tasks Board, Widgets Board, etc).

My team often has tasks on which we can't move forward until a stakeholder provides feedback or additional materials, and sometimes this will cause the task to become overdue. However, when viewing one of the task "overview" pages, it's difficult to tell at a glance whether tasks are overdue because of my team, or because we're waiting on the stakeholder(s).

It would be nice if we could add a "Waiting" tag or something similar to those tasks, and have that tag…

  13. There has been a couple of these requests before but the suggested work arounds are not always the most helpful.

For us, we receive many tasks completed on a daily basis which is only likely to increase. It is also useful to keep the old tasks. Having a "Hide Completed" button would really help. That way we could always easily see which tasks have been completed since the last check. It would then allow us to use the filters again correctly.

  14. As a project administrator I would like to be able to see when each user on the project last logged into freedcamp so that I can tell when they last accessed the system and therefore know who needs to be spoken to about working on their assigned tasks

  15. It'd be great to have a place where the differences between the permission levels are explained. While "Admin" vs. "Read-only" are pretty clear, the lines get murkier for what a "pro-user" vs. "user" vs. "guest" can do.

If this is posted somewhere already, I wasn't able to find it -- so if that's the case, maybe we just need additional ways to get to it (or preferably, a direct link from anywhere that permission levels can be assigned).

    Thanks!

  17. I run a lot of projects where other companies handle some of the tasks. I have all my team's tasks in Freedcamp but it would be nice for my management of a project to be able to put a few tasks in and assign them to "Agency B" where that isn't a user or anyone (as I don't want other companies with access to my projects whatsoever) but I can just see which tasks are being outsourced.

Actually, lots of us outsource things, right? It's quite useful... I could even assign a user like "Upwork" if I have some freelancer…

  18. This would be great specifically for our blogs so for each blog we need to identify a title and SCO title or description focused keywords and also the persona and Leslie the stage of the purchase path that we are crafting the blog for each time I post a blog to do I have to write all of this stuff out again it would be awesome to have the items that need to be filled in pre-populated with some sort of dropped down that would add these items.

  20. When writing LONG comments, it would be great if the formatting tools appeared at top and the bottom on the comment box to make it easier to add/remove bullets and other formatting tasks not available by keyboard shortcut, without having to scroll back up to the top. Another option would be to have the toolbar be sticky and visible regardless of the length of the comment being typed.
