  1. Google also announced that by popular demand they will improve their rather very basic Task API.

    Syncing Google Tasks with Freedcamp would be a great option to connect better to the Google App service.

    Google has a very unique feature to attach an email to a tasks

  3. This would come in handy for us because we do white label work for other companies and their clients would be submitting files and would be able to see our emails giving away that we are actually doing the work and not the company they hired directly.

  4. When using this for a wide team, currently the team leader creates the project groups, then projects within and assigns users.
    However, when the team leader changes, they should be able to transfer ownership of the project.

  6. I'd love to see tags (optionally) visible when viewing task "overview" pages (like the Tasks Board, Widgets Board, etc).

    My team often has tasks on which we can't move forward until a stakeholder provides feedback or additional materials, and sometimes this will cause the task to become overdue. However, when viewing one of the task "overview" pages, it's difficult to tell at a glance whether tasks are overdue because of my team, or because we're waiting on the stakeholder(s).

    It would be nice if we could add a "Waiting" tag or something similar to those tasks, and have that tag…

  7. A simple way to export and import Wikis would be great to have, as it's already done with tasks. Either selected ones or all within a project.

    This would be even more useful, if Markdown gets implemented, as proposed here: https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/4631507-markdown-support

    The current solution is very unhandy, because Wikis are stored only within the backup file. In order to import a certain Wiki, you have to find the according Wiki file, then copy the html formated text area, create a new Wiki in Freedcamp and paste it there. This is very error-prone and time-consuming.

  8. Could you please allow Admin users to report on time logged by resources in the following situations:
    - By project
    - Across all projects (e.g., resource is assigned to many projects)

    Group time by:
    - Project
    - User

    Define Period by:
    - Quick Filters: Today, Last Week, This Month, Last Month
    - or select range with date picker

    Also include if hours are billable or not billable.

    We need to:

    1. Integrate Time + Tasks
    2. Improve time reporting, add global Time board
    3. Integrate better Time + Invoices.

    I have no ETA, sorry. And I want to do 1 before 2.

    My understanding is that you want:

    - ability to add project milestones to project group milestones

    - ability to add project group milestones into a global milestone.

    - ability to add project tasks to a project group milestone directly

    - ability to add a task to a global milestone directly.

    For some reason Box.com does not make it easy to integrate compared to GDrive/DropBox and OneDrive.

    It is delayed and most likely will only be added if sponsored by you.

  17. You have a CRM, Invoices and project management. However I am still having to use a separate proposal system to send to clients - Qwilr. I am looking everywhere to find something that can handle everything and it just doesn't exist yet. This along with CRM, Invoices, Project management would be the total package.

  18. Most CRM's have contacts and organisations - and a way of linking one to the other ( e.g. hubspot , insightly ) .

  20. Start with a budgeted amount and then deduct parts purchased, labor, etc that are deducted from the actual budgeted cost to determine on or off budget report.
