  1. To-do's assigned to me across all the projects in one page

    It would be very usefull to see in one place all the to-do's assigned to me.

  2. Tasky is unable to be uninstalled

    I tried a few of the new apps and when I installed Tasky I wanted to uninstall it after noticing it was not what we needed and there is no uninstall feature for it.

  3. Ability to mail to responses from primary mail without loging in to the website after email id verification of course

    Some of my project group mebers are technologically challenged and can only operate through miscrosoft outlook

    There should be a option to post to a discussion from their email.
    Once a conversation is created they recive a email id conversation_name@freedcamp.com and they can send mails to that particular conversation

  4. Calendar Widget

    Please make the calendar widget colorful, so we can see what the big picture drift to, project A work more than project B, what kind of event, milestone or task, etc

  5. A way to view all calenders combined into one calender

    Right now each project has it's own calendar. Should be a way to combine them all into 1 calendar you can look at. Then there should also be a way to say: now just show me tasks on the calendar that I have to do.

  6. Show private discussions with a lock icon and who can access it on hover

    There is a means for making a discussion private and picking names of who can see a discussion topic, BUT when looking at the topic, there is no padlock icon or notification of WHO is able to see that discussion item.

    This is important because it gives confidence that members are secure when discussing things. Say you are discussing how much to charge a client, or project details, and the client can read and contribute to other areas of the discussions. You want to be very clear who can see what!

  7. No progress and in progress to-dos in the same widget.

    With the latest update, I can no longer view pending and in-progress to-dos in the same widget. Please bring that back.

  8. Click directly to To-Do from main dashboard

    Not sure if I'm just missing how to do this, but when I look at my dashboard calendar and open up the list of to-dos on a certain day, I'd love to be able to click into that to-do item directly, rather than needing to find it by searching through the many different projects I am working on.

  9. Add users from other projects to new projects without email invitation

    If I'm managing 5 projects with many of the same people working on each one, I should be able to add them to another one of my projects if they have accepted one of my previous project invites.

    So, for each person that I have ever invited, I should be able to add them without an email for as many projects as I have.

  11. Preceed new Todo names with a Todo Group tag and number

    It would be very useful to be able to precede todos names with codes. For instance, if you have a Todo Group named "BUGS", preceed any new todo with BUG-001, BUG-002. And be able to configure it to change tag when you change its group o leave it as is.

  12. Archive or hide Tasks and Discussions

    Right now if a project has several todos, it can look messy. It would be nice to archive to-dos (still be searchable, just hidden somehow) so that the to-do page is cleaner. It's hard to see which todos still need completing once there are 20-30 todos.

    Hi All,

    We allow to archive Tasks and Discussion groups now. We will be redesigning Discussions to make better soon too.

    We already have Saved Searches http://blog.freedcamp.com/2016/06/17/how-to-use-new-saved-searches/ and will be adding GMail like filters including once like completed_older_than:: or created_older_than:: which you can use in search box inside our filters.

    So you can easily have a filter which filters out tasks which were completed more than 2 months ago and see them back by turning off that saved search back.

  13. Add components to tasks

    Add some type of classification for tasks inside a project. This classification can be named components or something else, but the main goal is define the component or module afected by the task.

  14. I would like to use a Project Template to start a Project and have all dates be based upon a Project Completion/Due Date.

    We have a recurring Project Plan that we use which has milestones with completion dates that are calculated to be completed so many weeks before the actual seminar event date. Other milestones are calculated so many weeks after the actual seminar event date.

    I would like to have my To Do's be calculated with a particular milestone date in mind.

    In MS Project I can have my events with lead and lag times related to particular events/milestones. I would like to be able to do the same thing with Freedcamp.

  15. Screen snips

    Provide a way that we can include screen shots or snips without having to save the file first and then attach it. It would be very handy for bug reports or examples, etc.

  18. Milestones with Countdown feature

    In template builder - allow milestone dates to be set X days/weeks from a particular final date -instead of assigning a milestone in week 75, assign it 1 week before the main deadline.

  20. Templating - Hide/Show pre-populated Discussions, To-Do's, Milestones

    Furthering the templating discussions. I too have 2 workflows that I use over and over with clients. If I could pre-populate my template with more information than currently possible in the beta, but then have discussions and to-dos in a 'closet' (cloaked by role) then I could uncloak a discussion at the right time without having to copy and paste from another source for every project. Currently ZOHO projects allows me to populate my template fully (what I want) but then it reveals everything to the client when the project is created (not at all what I want).
