  2. It would be great if we could paste a URL to upload a file. The file would be downloaded to your server or uploaded to Drive. This is good to integrate with services that provide file sharing but are not supported by Freedcamp. Or maybe, the file could be stored as the URL, so the Freedcamp file would be indeed redirected to the shared file.

  4. As we cannot enter times for task, we are using the Calendar Event function for this. It would be good if anyone assigned/invited to a calendar event also sees this in the 'My Work' summary on the homepage dashboard.

  5. Integrate the calendar with Hubspot. Hubspot does not have a calendar feature nor a way to track tasks that are not affiliated with a contact record.

  7. Searching for tasks by tag would be helpful in the gmail add - as would adding existing or new tags to tasks which would save time when creating or editing tasks.

  8. The Outlook Addin is ripe for integration with CRM - we would need to be able to add contacts easily, and move contacts along a pipeline based on the email received.

  9. It would be convenient to be able to set task view (list/kanban) globally. Right now I have to configure task view per project which can be somewhat annoying considering the amount of projects I'm part of.

    Could it be possible, when I add my calendar on google agenda for exemple, to choose to share only events titles ? For exemple, I don't want to share what projet or group of projet each event belongs to. Neither do I want the description.

  12. Evernote is self-destructing. They released a complete re-write of their app way before it was ready and they are losing many many customers, including me. I have THOUSANDS of notes in Evernote. and I am trying to get off of Evernote completely. That's how I found Freedcamp and I love it.

    Currently the only way I can get stuff out of Evernote without cutting and pasting is to email a note into a task list or discussion and I have been doing that one at a time. But it is a SLOW process.

    We have standard templates for employee onboarding, client onboarding, etc. Each template has sections where different departments/employees work off of. So every time we run an instance of a template, everytime someone from a particular department gets assigned to a certain project, I have to invite that person to join the project, bulk select all the tasks, and then…

  14. I very frequently use drag and drop to convert tasks into subtasks, and when my list is fairly small, I don't need to sort it. But when my list becomes bigger, and I need to sort it, I can't drag and drop tasks anymore, instead having to edit the tasks I want to move. The only option I have is to edit each task individually.

  15. Currently in the Tasks Board, subtasks are ALWAYS attached to tasks. Only main tasks are sorted in first instance. That makes it impossible to sort all tasks regardless if they are a main task or a subtask of any level. That's why I would like to see a toggle in 'Tasks Board > Settings > Display' with the name 'Detached subtasks'.

    If toggle 'Detached subtasks' is ON, then:

    • Subtasks will be detached from their parent tasks and all tasks will be sorted as adjusted (e.g. by Due Date), no matter if the individual task is a main task or a…

  17. Create a catalogue of your products that you can then use to create orders(tasks).

  18. I love Freedcamp, but I would like it better if it can development a pipeline of work and a workflow automation like trello's butler. Zapier Is very limited as compared to what trello butler can do to the trello PM. Zaps also are prone to error at the middle of the process and may not provide the needed information at the right time. Also, another application means another pay, another management, and another thing we have to pay attention to in case something is messed up.

  19. All of our contacts live in Google's Contacts. Need to be able to 2-way sync with this database so all CRM information links to Google Contacts. It looks like you already have Google Calendar Sync, Google Contact sync is even more important. As many Google Contact fields as possible should sync. Name, company, phone, email, address, notes, picture, etc. Thank you!!

  20. I really like the feature in table view that allows you to select the fields you want in view, works really well when using multiple custom fields. It'd be great if I could select different fields in view on each list within the board. For example list 1 showing fields abc and list 2 showing abxy and z. Hope that makes sense!
