    Hi All!

    We decided to start with Wall application to see how many people will participate and what issues will arise and will add more words and phrases as we go.

    We would like to build relationships with most active users helping us and nominated moderator (a team or individual) which will work with us and be a trusted source managing a community of translators for a particular language.     Hi Erms,

    We are starting work on reducing amount of emails we send. First step will be to put intelligent threshold before a message about particular item (task, discussion) gets send.

    It will work this way – min time 15 min – max time 30 min before email notification will be posted. If during 15 minutes after first change there is another one – we wait extra 5 min and if another one we wait for 5 min again until we get to 30 min. So all users will get only one email instead of current 6 after 4 comments were posted and some changes made on due date and priority of a task by 3 people.

    Such email will contain all changes made during interval ranging from 15-30 minutes and details to who did what.

    However we do have people who complain about 10 min delay between a change…

I would lke to have a column or special place to add the set price (in the currency of my choice) of the task ordered by a client (I'm a freelancer), which will work along the Time widget, so that I would see the average earned income based on the hours spent on all my tasks for a set period. Thus maybe a statistics functionality as well.

    Hi Jack,

    We can definitely connect https://www.filestack.com/ or similar service to allow our paying customers to see previews. Instead of uploading your file directly to Freedcamp’s AWS S3 storage we will send a file to FileStack and ask them to make a few small PNG files which will be used for previews. After it is done we load your file and previews to Freedcamp’s AWS S3 storage.

    Problem is https://www.filestack.com/docs/file-processing/document-conversion/document does not support formats you need as well as http://filepreviews.io/docs/features.html

    In addition FilePreviews service does not look as actively developed.

  6. I think another icon for "In progress" is better than the same hook with "Complete" but color, If In progress is the different status with Completed, I don't know why using the same icon but just color.

  8. Would be so useful to have some projects be renewed, for example I have a morning routine project. Would love to have it set as a new project for each day automatically. So renew in one day, or renew in one week, or more.

    Sorry, we will kt be looking into implementing recurring projects unless this will be voted by a few 100’s of our users.

    We are working on recurring tasks which may contain subtasks but not projects.

  10. Total daily time spent on all projects...
    When you guys send out that email with daily activity, it would be great to have in there the total number of hours spent per day included with the email. I have a lot of different clients and projects because of my freelance work. Sometimes I have a lot of activities that are 15 minutes and I log those. If I work a ten hour day that's a lot of stuff. I'd like to see a time tally for all of the time spent on all of the projects every day.

  11. It would be great to have sorting and grouping options for the task lists in the iOS app. The current task listing in the iOS app is fixed to group by projects, which makes it hard to check open issues across all projects.

    My personal wish would be to somehow get a global ToDo list in the app, similar to what is offered in the "My tasks" web widget. This allows to check the list of urgent things as part of the morning routine.

  12. I have a "nice-to-have" feature request. Here are some details:

    • Let's imagine I'm a Project Group Admin. I have Project Group "XYZ".
    • Within "XYZ" group I have a number of projects with some users involved. I re-ordered the projects within that group in some way.
    • Now, I want all other users who are involved in projects within "XYZ" group to see the same projects' ordering as was specified by Project Group Admin user.

  13. It would be helpful to deciding who should be notified, or assigned, etc., to know what User Role they of which they are a part. This is especially the case with the addition of "Read Only" users in a project.

  14. Right now email notification start with a large subject line which is very redundant. I.e.

    [Investing Discussions] <Subject of the message>

    When I look at my inbox I see a lot of repetitive {Investing Discussion] but I do not see what I am really interested in, the Subject. This redundant portion should be shrunk to a minimal code i.e.

    • get rid of the [ ] which do not carry information
    • use just 4-5 letter code xID consistently
    • leave more space for the message.
    • If you really need you can append the whole [Investing Discussions] (might be useful for filters) but…

  15. We have a lot of projects to manage simultaniously and today noticed that we had accidentally added the same project twice. It would be useful to have a feature which prevents duplicate project names for the same project group.

  16. It may be useful to include a different number format. For example: in Germany there is "1.123,45 Euro" common instead of "€ 1123.45 " (see the different position of the currency label too).

  19. If we create a custom field template and want to add it to all our projects, we have to do it one at a time in the edit project popup. It would be great to be able to add it to all projects at one time.
