    It would be useful to have the capability to send estimates and invoices to multiple addresses (custom addresses or registered contacts/clients).

  2. No need to send invoices by e-mail.

    I would be happy if it is possible to move invoices from the "draft" folder to the "pending" folder - without the invoice having been sent by email

  3. task complete notification sent to third party

    I use this program across seven buildings and have a google form that submits work orders. The problem I am having is people being notified when the work orders are complete.

  4. Resource task allocation indication colours change

    Have a customisable feature that allows for a gradual change in the indication of task load in the resource area
    Currently 1 task shows as a green circle, 2 or more as a red square.
    We normally do 2 or 3 tasks on any given day, and only after this does it become an issue...
    So if it could be set by the user to match their approach, e.g.
    Green circle 1 or 2 tasks
    Amber circle 3 tasks
    Red square 4 or more tasks

  5. Wiki Trash Bin Undo Delete

    Wiki undo delete or a Wiki trash bin. There have been Wiki’s that have been deleted that I wish I could restore. Most other Wiki software have trash bins. Trash bin for Wiki in Freedcamp would be helpful. Thank you.

  7. Scheduling Assistant or Doodle Integration in Calendar

    In order to effectively use the Calendar app, a scheduling assistant is helpful to understand the team's availability.
    If not, another great option is to provide integration with a third party like Doodle.

  10. Invoices - be able to set the Date Created manually

    Be able to set the Date Created manually - so invoices can be created in advance and not be tied to the day you physically created it. This is actually the most important part as create date seems to be set in stone.

    it would be so nice if Open office or some other software was integrated into Freedcamp so that teams can work on a document simultaneously without having to up and dowload versions! please :)

    It would be great to create "list" under "timer" as we can see under "task" or "discussion". It would be easier to organise / detail our time.

  13. Contracts Module

    It would be great to have a module to track and keep up with contracts (begin date, end date (or auto-renew) and how long of notice is required for cancellation and receive email before notice time comes up in case you want to cancel.

    You can use the Business plan – add an auto-renew custom field (boolean/checkbox) and use tasks start and due dates as contract start and end dates. If anything else is required please feel free to post in the comments. Thanks!

    Most likely we are not going ahead with this any time soon, sorry about that. You can keep recently completed projects active and set all participants' access to read-only while times are important to report on and archive them later as a workaround.

  18. hyperlink to my hard disk

    I'd like to have the possibility to insert in the field "description" hyperlinks to files stored in my own hard disk. After all, your software is also very practical for S.O working alone. And it's not always possible to have profesionnal files on line, even if your cloud is certainly very safe.

  20. View notes without clicking into them

    Is there a way to view notes in a cell in table view without clicking that cell? Right now when you add a note and save it all that displays in the cell is an icon. Can the cell display the actual text of the note?
