  1. Saved Search: An option to be able to "Group By" two or more criteria e.g. Status and Priority. So you can see the important tickets in your "In Progress" queue.

Status: An option to create user defined statuses e.g. "In Review", "In Testing", "Blocked" etc. This is possible in JIRA workflow.

  2. Kanban view is nice, but it'd be nicer if I could minimise the subtasks.

  3. The UI feels a bit out-dated and clunky for the Discussions List. I'd expect to be able to click anywhere in the row to select the discussion but instead I have to precisely click the Title.

This was fine 10 years ago, but with modern UI methods I'd expect to be able to click anywhere in the row. Highlighting it before click would also be nice.

This section feels unstyled compared to the rest of the site too.

  4. Projects are the focus on Freedcamp but when it comes to mobile how about taking a deviation to focus on tasks & then the rest.
Just a food for thought. Freedcamp is an exhaustive tool, by all means, but for mobile, the landing page should be the last view task/task list or project he/she has been working on.

  5. In notifications, please provide details of which project & task list of that task. Also the status of a task. Right now we don't know which project is this task. We need to open the task to view these details. These details we need to know for that task.

  6. Currently you can view multiple projects on Gantt at once, but you cannot see task-level detail. This makes it difficult to see if tasks from separate projects overlap. Would be ideal if we could expand (+/-) the project to see tasks on multiple projects to see which tasks overlap each other.

For example, if you have multiple projects in process for a client, and you need to space out their review windows (so you don't give them multiple deliverables to review at once) it would help to see the tasks together on the Gantt to ensure proper scheduling.

  7. Just installed freedcamp for gmail. I wanted to add an email as a task. Clicked Add New Item. First thing it does is ask me to select a project. Unfortunately I have a lot of projects and the add-on only shows me a fixed number of projects. There is no way to scroll through the entire project list as far as I can tell and there is no way to search on a project name. So there is no way for me to create a task in the project I want to use.

  8. Have project settings next to project name in the dropdown instead of scrolling to the top and click on Manage Settings then select the settings again.
