Additional CRM Rank
Currently any entry in the CRM application can either be a Contact or a Lead. The typical progression that I see on other programs is that the list of "Contacts" includes every person ever added to the listing. After emails are sent out, people who respond are added to a group called "Targets," while still also being listed under "Contacts." Another way that a "Target" is determined is as someone who shows more potential to want to buy a product than just Contacts. In most of these programs, "Targets," who end up confirming that they will be either contributing or purchasing to/from the company are then labelled as "Leads."
Currently the Freedcamp CRM Application works much like this, but is different in a few ways:
- There is no "Target" rank for people added to contacts
- Once people are assigned the rank of "Lead," that persons information is completely removed from the Contacts list, and appears only on the list of Leads.
I would like to see Freedcamp adopt the small features I mentioned above because I believe that they could help groups alot.
