Single action to remove user from all projects/admin groups
Removing people from an organization expeditiously is a common enough need, and a sensitive enough issue, that things must be coordinated to remove someone's access across the board, all at once, to the extent possible. Coordinating with outside support would often not be possible.
I would see the absence of the ability to do this as a definite deal breaker for a lot of orgs, especially corporate ones, a required feature. Perhaps they would be willing to sponsor such a feature, if enough inside had already been convinced that they like the rest of the functionality, but it could also just put up a roadblock, have them look elsewhere.
I managed to deal with it because I had mostly only included people on individual projects by virtue of making them Project Group Admins (so relatively fewer of those), but I can't be certain I've completed the job without going through every project.
Hi,
This is completed as part of new Manage System page. Select … near a user avatar/name and you can remove a user from a project group or from everywhere
Cheers,
Igor

Did this ever get implemented? I can't find a function like this anywhere.

This still isnt working for me. It's not letting me remove some one who is no longer with our company from the list of admins

actually, i have a paid plan and can not find this function --- anywhere. please clarify, I'd hate to migrate to another management tool, but this is essential to be able to execute easily.

Any update on the ETA? I would love this feature for our PTSA use.

We are also facing the same issue, when people are leaving our company. We MUST be able to delete the whole user account for our organisation in Freedcamp. Currently this is not possible.
We can only remove the user from projects, but not delete the use.
With current security risks this should not be a feature but should be mandatory. -

I have recently terminated an employee and need to delete them from all of our projects. I would have just assumed that this is a built in feature. Do i literally have to go through our 20 or 30 projects and remove from each one??? Thats ridiculous.
