Issue Tracker - public UI for customers to access their tickets
Its good to adjust the Issue Tracker to more flexible module which can support both Internal Issues and External Issues.
Requirements:
-For external, there should be a link that external user can access.
-External user can define the title of the issue, priority, description, email of the external user.
-External Users should be able to post their issues and can receive replies via email
-External User can search their ticket using Ticket Number to know its progress.
