Add fields "blocks" and "is blocked by" in Tasks
RE-SUBMISSION: The idea was closed because you thought that it was related to files. I'm talking about how tasks relate to each other.
The idea is to have a field where you say "I cant start this task until this other task is finished"
In Meistertask there are 2 fields on each task for this :
"Blocks" : where you select tasks that cannot be done untill after the task you are editing, and "Is blocked by", where you select tasks that you cannot do until the current task is finished.

Hi,
We are building this feature as part of Gantt but it will only be enabled on Enterprise plan.
Task B depends on task A. So B can not be started or at least gives you a warning saying – A was not completed.

update about task relation feature? It has been enabled in Enterprise or still under development ?In my Business account I see that I can create sub/dipendent task , but the relation on Grantt seems to be only "visual", as I can close the container task even if the subtask are still open, and not see any real dependecy on Task relation (like "you need to complete task A for continue on task B" , maybe even with deadline indication)

Would it be possible to add a BLOCKED to the progress drop down? And if possible, if it has a status of BLOCKED it is highlighted in red in the list. This would also allow a project manager to filter for blocked tasks so they could follow up.

We will also be adding Custom Fields feature soon so you can add extra fields to your tasks (again Business and Enterprise plans only).
I understand this is not exactly what is asked for here.
