Release Management
We have a lot of projects happening at the same time, and we have to perform a set sequence of tasks when any new site is built or new facilities added.
What I would like to see is some sort of simple release management system that can be used to check projects or tasks with a check list of pre-defined production jobs, so for example, when we have a website that is ready for launch, we have to do pre-launch checks: internal link testing, cross browser testing, mobile compatibility testing, get client sign-off etc, and then after launch we have post live jobs - install google analytics, check client's login to cms works, search engine submissions etc.
obviously each account would need a different set of checklists- not every one uses the same procedure, so you would need to be able to define the checklist steps for your company.
We could do this with Tasky, but would have to manually create a new list every time you complete a job and this is pretty much what we do at present with a spreadsheet, but it is prone to user error.

but how do you add 'checklists' ? Would these be individual tasks? or milestones? and also, when you want to release an update or new feature for the project (as a task) that has the same checklist, how would you do that? some sort of templated subtasks?
