Events - allow linking discussions, tasks and issues to a meeting
A place to work around meeting agendas and set tasks, notes, and decisions.
You can now add comments, attachments, tags to the events.

Create a meeting related to a project. This comes up as an event in the calendar which is linked to the project to be discussed.
A place to add notes for the project in the form of Tasks.
These tasks can be trailed back to the meeting and be evident that they were created because of that meeting.
For example, currently, we are creating a task list for each meeting.
It would be nice that,when creating an event, and there is a checkbox that we tick to notify that the event is a meeting, then the event would create an automatic task list in the project, linked to the event (meeting) to take place. Therefore, the person creating the event (meeting) can also invite the related people to join that event and also give them access to the related task list automatically.
This means that tasks and tasklists should be allowed to be assigned to a number of people (people to be attending the meeting).

Hi, Please specify what is required and missing now. You can create an event and add a description, invite people. You can also attach documents including GDrive, Onedrive and Dropbox.

Add docs to meeting inviteCollaborators can add items to agenda and become owners of items, -Tasks assigned to ... can be added to items on agenda/minutes with audit trail back to the meeting. The item on menu to become comments on tasks
Create the template agenda for next meeting.....
