Calendar with multi-day events
I would like to be able to add to the calendar a multi-day event. This could be used for scheduling meetings and conferences. It could be simply a to-do that has the ability to have a due date that spans a range or something. While it wouldn't be terrible to see it appear as multiple consecutive daily tasks, it would be best to have it display as a single item that has a visual marker that spans multiple days (color coded with priority).

You need multi-day events for shows and festivals. Or should we just use Google Calendar?

I would add that there are several requests about the calendar and time (e.g., time on the calendar and time ranges on the calendar). These could be merged into one request, which gives a greater indication of the importance of these very related features.

This is also helpful for blocking out dates when a team member will be gone.

+1 for this! The built-in calendar is not very useful without the ability to create events that span multiple hours or days.

Agreed. This is the #1 barrier to using the calendar function. The current point-in-time option necessitates duplicating a calendar in Google, which is inefficient.

Multi-day events is also something that I would love to see added. Also adding times would be very helpful.

I would also add that a meeting event is no use without being able to add a specific time. I rarely have meetings that last all day.
Also, currently I can only have one event per day.
Also, it would be nice to have customisable events. (Meeting, Conference, Workshop etc.)
