Managing Freedcamp Users
I couldn't see any place to manage all existing Freedcamp users. There should be a place to see all existing users in our system and we should be able to manage them. Can you please help?
There still doesn't seem to be an easy place to manage users in Freedcamp. How do we delete a user altogether? I can go into Global Teams and delete the team there, but is the user then completely deleted? It doesn't seem clear. Also really need a function to be able to reallocate all tasks from one user to another if one of our staff leaves the company - at the moment this is almost impossible when staff have hundreds of tasks!
Im feeling dumb but where is the central user management area? I want to admin all of my users in one central place, and add them to groups and projects as necessary.
Anything yet? I am unable to add anyone who isn't already a user to my global team. I want to invite a new user.
We launched new Manage System which currently allows you to see all users per project group in addition to per project. Global Teams - to simplify users management. The new option was also added under cogwheel icon on manage Systems page to export all users in your account as XLS.
Further improvements will be introduced later this year and are in the works right now.
Any update on this? I've been trying to find how to manage users but looks like that may not be implemented yet.
