Central File Storage
It would be beneficial to have a central file storage area for files that are used across multiple projects and would not have to be uploaded into multiple projects. Access permissions by project and user would be required.

@Penny - thanks for posting! Do you know that you can remove all application except Files? So it will be a project group 'Team files and documents' with a project having the same name and Files only app added to it. Maybe Wikis (if makes sense?) can be added and if you are on Business plan. You can also add Discussions to have all unrelated to any project conversations in there too.

Additional note, we have created this ourselves by having a separate group and a project for "central" or "global" files, but it is not ideal since it still has all the other elements of a project which are not needed and must search for it in the projects list.
