Search - allow to search items with due/start 'Set' in addition to 'Not Set'

Having items with no due date (or start date) clutters the Gantt task view, which makes it a bit challenging when you have to sort through all the irrelevant backlog items.

Added “Set” value available for ‘Due Date’, ‘Start Date’ for Tasks and ‘Due Date’ for Issues.
