Allow users to rename/give user friendly names to files they upload
Currently my file repository is hit and miss. If I rename a file and upload with a meaningful name, it's great. If others upload, I end up with files like ss8-xyz.doc and ghjbghjsdf.pdf. Would be good to be able to change the 'Display name' for each file regardless of what the actual file is called.

Even renaming the file name online, and not only the display name, would be really useful. This is actually an user-friendly feature available in Google Drive: you can upload a file and rename it online without having to delete it and upload it again.
