Add Users' Groups
It would be nice to be able to assign a number of users to a particular group. When creating a new project or discussion it would be easy to identify the group or groups involved. An indirect outcome of this is that one email to users could invite them to a group without needed to invite them to every different discussion!

Would be nice to define teams on a global level not per project. This would allow to assign members of a team to new projects much easier.

supporting the concept of groups in general across the app would go a long way to making it more manageable for organizations.
In a perfect world, these could be mapped from an external service, like Google Groups, too.

If you share something on wall, you can choose everyone, or just individuals. It would be awesome, to create groups of individuals and to have possibility choose which message should be visible to which group.

I am using Freedcamp to control a number of "rolling" student projects over a large geographical area. Freedcamp is a wonderful product and has been incredibly useful. However, I have reached the stage where I will be adding about 30 new students for each each month rotation to an invitation list that already numbers over 200. Because the list sorts alphabetically after the first invitation has gone out, it can be difficult to find them in order to invite them to the other 10-"13 projects they should follow. I realise my use is rather extreme and this may not be a functionality that is generally useful, but if I could create groups for the purposes of subscribing and unsubscribing it would make my life much easier. Otherwise, perhaps there is a way of getting the invitation list to sort by date added? Or removing people from the invitation list? Thanks." - Miranda Voss
