Currently you have to go through the ...-menu in every task to delete it, discouraging its use as an expansive todo-list, limiting it to being a reference workflow/collaboration tool where you are selective in what 'data' you add. Perhaps that is the idea, perhaps it is not.
If it is not, I would suggest (a) adding a 'bin' icon next to the 'pencil' one, making that action easier and (b) removing the prompt asking for confirmation, changing it to a 10 second 'undo' button for those that don't have the trash can of the premium tiers.
