Please check https://zapier.com/apps/freshdesk/integrations and https://zapier.com/apps/freedcamp/integrations
We definitely have an action zap 'Create a task' so if Fresh Desk has a trigger you need you can easily integrate straight away.

Yes please! It would be really helpful for us if a support agent on Fresh Desk could mark a ticket as 'requires dev' at which point it gets created in Freedcamp. Any updates on Freedcamp could then be displayed against the ticket in Freshdesk for the agent to see to allow them to update the client.
