  2. Quickbooks integration

    Here's the thing - all of my clients/invoices/estimates/are in Quickbooks. I'm currently using Method CRM to time track and CRM - but THERE IS NO PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

  5. User/Task Reporting & GUI to add hours to invoice

    It would be nice for monthly/weekly reporting on hours per user or per project. Also when creating invoices we would like to be able to pull the hours worked from different users into that invoice. Currently it would have to be manually entered.

  6. Multicurrency support for AUD Australian Dollars and GST on Invoices an billing

    This is much needed, i stopped using freedcamp because it did not invoice out with GST (australian tax) option to include or not include gst on line items or overall invoice would be fantastic, also payment options eg.... Paypal, Credit card from some gateways would be fantastic.

    It will be good if we can add invoice status, and the status displayed also on invoice list page. Status : Due, Overdue, Paid

  8. Invoice and Estimate Template

    For now we can't send an estimate or an invoice to our clients cause the preview looks not so nice. It would be great to edit the estimate and invoice template, for example with placeholder fields.

    Sorting by due date is only useful when I can see what the date actually is.

  10. Invoices - show confirmation what was sent to whom when 'remind client'

    It would be very helpful to know that the Freedcamp backend actually initiated the email. Particularly with "remind client" I have no idea whether anything actually happened.

  11. Could we just receive a single invoice each month?

    Hi,

    Asa company we subscribe to a number of paid-for addons to FreedCamp.

    Every month we receive separate small invoices - could we not just have one invoice that lists the services we subscribe for with a total at the bottom? Thus - one payment.

    Camp can be integrated with Wave accounting and invoicing software, this will give camp a free accounting/invoicing module just like it

  15. Invoice creation - SAVE

    I think when you create a new invoice for client, there should be buttons if you want to SAVE it or SEND it... The little checkbox on the bottom left is very hard to see and once i accidentally sent a client incomplete invoice when i pressed "enter" by accident when trying to adjust hours. Also, the button "save" doesn't particularly make sense, because it sends the invoice right away. I don't think i'm the only one with this issue, am i?

  17. Invoice: Country specific number format

    It may be useful to include a different number format. For example: in Germany there is "1.123,45 Euro" common instead of "€ 1123.45 " (see the different position of the currency label too).

  18. Time tasks

    It would be nice to be able to mark time tasks as invoiced or at least be able to differentiate between them with colours. I have repeat customers and usually send more than one invoice pr project. This way I would instantly know what I've invoiced and what I've not.

    Create a catalogue of your products that you can then use to create orders(tasks).

    Integrate this into the invoicing. then you have a full Order Management system.

  20. Export global time records to Xero

    We're using Xero.com for invoicing and accountancy, but it does not have the work-focused features of freedcamp. We'd love to be able to use freedcamp to record tasks and time sheets, then export global time sheet data into a format that can be imported ino Xero, or even better, have some sort of seamless integration tool so we can just link data across to Xero.
