  2. It would be amazing to have a customization section of sentences and or translation in Settings. In this section, there would be a list of phrases (in English) used in some parts of the system, and, beside it, a text box for each user typed a phrase (in English or another language) so that text be customized to the project or user team. This would improve the customization of the system, approaching more the individual reality of each project and or user and solve (or help much) to users who can not work in English.

  4. Right now with just a color, its hard to visually identify one project from another. It would be very helpful if we could add an icon to it, so visually you could tell one client logo from another (for example) and quickly jump to the right project.

    Right now the colors serve no real benefit and I have to read the projects in order to hop to the right one.

  5. Add possibility to use more than one email Google Calendar using only onde account and configure each project for each one of these Calendars

    i.e Main FreedCamp Account - Email 1
    Secondary Email to Main Account - Email 2

    Configure Sync Calendar
    Project 1 - Email 1 - Sync Calendar 1
    Project 2 - Email 2 - Sync Calendar 2

  8. I would love to see a feature where we can assign a cost to a single project being worked on, and production costs to those who are working on the project.

    For instance, let's say we have Project #1. Project #1 is going to be billed at a fixed cost of $50,000.

    This project requires Employee #1, #2, #3, and #4 to work on it. Each employee has an hourly rate associated with them.

    For each hour an employee works on a project (recorded by the time built in time tracker), deductions are made from the total project cost.

  9. It would be great to have an app that allows to track office assets that are checked in and out. Many times projects management means assigning assets to employees.

  10. Add a last updated string on Dashboard -> Project Card, currently there's nothing that tells you which project was last updated or is currently in operation.

    Something like Last updated -> 18 hours ago or Last updated -> Monday at 6:00pm.

  12. Please add tag for user on Project Calendar so that we can track for user activity, and it would be nice if the event on the calendar with the start and finish date event with time and block the calendar with the event.

    My understanding is that you want:

    - ability to add project milestones to project group milestones

    - ability to add project group milestones into a global milestone.

    - ability to add project tasks to a project group milestone directly

    - ability to add a task to a global milestone directly.

    For some reason Box.com does not make it easy to integrate compared to GDrive/DropBox and OneDrive.

    It is delayed and most likely will only be added if sponsored by you.

  17. When you browse the todo list of a project it is hard to distinguish between your tasks and tasks of other people (unless you filter and than you cannot see the whole picture).

I would love to be able to sync my Google calendar (both ways) with Freedcamp to allow me to see events that I create in Google Calendar in our Freedcamp, as well as items that I create within Freedcamp on my Google calendar (e.g. 2-way sync). This would be especially helpful when creating events that require invitations to be sent to people who are not Freedcamp users, (e.g. clients) and would allow us to easily duplicate events easily into other (e.g. Personal) Google calendars.
