Add start/stop date/time to timer.
The timer is great for showing how long I've worked on something, but I would LOVE to be able to show my client WHEN I started and stopped each timer on each item, perhaps integrate this in the calendar.

Define applications order in a project
It would be great if we could just manually sort the apps on a per-project basis

@Marco – we can do it but making it customisable for each project will be a step back as order can be set by users completely differently in each project. In common case making it same order is also hard because each project can have different set of applications added.

Hierarchical Projects to be able to disintegrate extremely large projects
Let projects have sub-projects which are can be projects themselves. This also gets rid of the "Group". So top level project A has A1, A2, A3 as sub-projects, and A1 may further have subprojects A1.1, A1.2, .. and so on

Ability to add an time estimate to a task and also to store the Time when the task was marked as in Progress/Started
There should be a possibility to add an estimate on how long the TODO/Task should potentially take, while adding.
Track also the date/time when the TODO/task was Started (similar to one where it tracks when it ended) or even allow the same to be specified at any other point of time.
Also display the time difference between the "started" and "completed" times for the task

Custom colour themes
More colour in the design to make navigation easier.
In a previous job we used Asana and I was all at sea with it, until I discovered the themes that could be installed. They helped me visually sort out the sections quickly.
Freedcamp is not nearly as complex but I think it could look more attractive.

New Calendar Improvement - remove calendar and recurring symbol so the title of the event can be read on month view
On the new calendar layout, the little calendar event symbol and recurring event symbol make it so there is little room left for the actual name of the event to show in month view. Do those need to be there? It would be great just to have the name of the event. If you want to separate event from task, color coding would be a great way to distinguish between them without taking up precious space. If there was an employee scheduling app or schedule maker that included a time card and time calculation, I would pay for it immediately. My employees are already trained to check in to FreedCamp.. why would I want to send them to one more site to clock in and out of work?

The ability to sort CRM contacts by Company, not first/last name
When looking for info on our clients, we always look by company name, not by contact name. It would be great if we could have the main list of Contacts display alphabetically by company name.

Files - Put images/photos in one separate folder
When we add photos/images in tasks, discussions, comments, they all come into Files and make the system quite messy. It would be good if FreedCamp can automatically create an image folder and put photos/images there when they appear in tasks, discussions, comments.

Resolve Conflicts - alert on conflicts, offer to resolve
When editing a task (or really any other large textarea), it would be nice to have an alert if another user is actively editing the same task. It would be really nice if you hit "save" and then a list of conflicts is presented with the option to reject/accept the other edits.
Example use case: Was working with a team member on the phone, we both were trying to edit a task's description and we basically had to take turns to avoid stepping on each other's edits.

Recurring Task Due Days and Automatic "Due Today" option
I would like to have my Recurring Tasks have associated "due days/dates" like "Every Monday, create ad, due for Wednesday (or 2 days later)". Also, for quickly adding to my task list, I'd like the option/setting for any todo's I make for myself to be "due today" if I don't set a date. If this is already possible, please let me know. Notifications - show red bubbles on the left menu when you are inside a project
It would be helpful to have a flag on the apps in the sidebar menu for a project when content is present in each (discussions, files, etc...)
