  1. I wonder why there is no RSS Feed for ToDo's or the Dashboard in General, or did I miss something?
    Would be great to get immediate Updates via Newsreaders

  2. The ability to add user as members of a group, so that they can automatically see all projects within the group, without having to be assigned to a project, or being an administrator of the group.

  3. Within a group, have the option to have different categories of projects, so that you can go to the group, then view different lists of projects within the groups

  4. Using dots will allow to show multiple colour coded events inside one date in Calendar Widget.

    We are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede the Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.

  5. The customizable Dashboard is great. I would love to do the same on project or group level.

  6. Currently there are limited apps in the market place and there are so many features being requested day by day. Is it possible to explore how it can be allowed (in a controlled way) for the developer community to create useful in demand customizations as plugins or apps ?

    Example 1: I want to add a widget that has most sought after notification template such as Milestones slippage, people are have not started tasks or not progress etc.

    Example 2: Create an integration plugin for dropbox so the links from dropbox files can be inserted to the tasks. And if…

  9. We all know that an image (or graphic) can told us more than a few words. So if we can have a dashboard graphic with project information the communication is more quick, intuitive and friendly.
    Examples of graphic:

    tasks planned versus tasks completed - bar graph;
    tasks in progress - the same bar graph with different colors;
    project time planned versus time completed - bar graph or pie chart;
    task priorities - dashboard with different colors.

    And so on.

  10. Dear Freedcamp

    Great updates you have made. But it would be awesome if another "little" option could be added.

    In our organisation we have many projects, to-do´s and so on. Therefore we need to be able to see more than just 20 when we create widgets for the dashboard.

    The possibility to see 100 or 200 would be great. Hope it is possible

  11. I would love the Time widget to implement a sort function for the hours that have been made which aren't billed yet. This would give me an overview of which hours I still need to bill my clients.

    When billed and marked as 'hours billed' they should dissapear from my widget

  12. Hi Freedcamp

    Another great feature that we would like is the option in system setting to chose to show projects by date created - ascending or descending.

    Right now it looks like the order of the drop down changes accordingly to which project has the latest update. This gets very messy. We are guite a few people working on different projects but all still need to be able to see the complete list - even though the are not actively working on all projects.

    This means that all are used to looking at the project list expecting to see projects…

  16. Hi Freedcamp

    Today when I as admin need to edit a project, I need to click "manage projects" then find the project in the list (the list is very difficult to overview - there is no color conding and the text is pale grey". Then when I find the project I click "edit".

    The drop down is more easy to overlook (and even better if it could be arranged by date created) so if the drop down could have "Edit" added to each project (for admins). Awesome.

  18. In some cases it is beneficial to see new Tasks on top. For example, I have a list of Completed Tasks, but the most recently completed items are at the bottom of the list!
    I would also like to be able to sort by project, for widgets that include Tasks from multiple projects.

  19. Please add a per-project dashboard. I want a default view that shows the latest activity in each area, so that it's easy to find new information/posts in one project.

  20. In Discussion tab I have the open topics (discussion) my team and I are discussing.

    I give you an example:

    We are 4 people inside a topic in the discussion tab. There are a lot of comments from everyone.

    In the discussion tab all topics that receive a new comments are moved to the top and on the right of them I can see who wrote last.

    Sometimes I get confused and I don't know if I have already looked at some comments or not.

    It would be much better if all topics in the discussion tab I didn't open…
