Multi account use case - display project groups with group owner's name
it would be helpful to disambiguate project categories which might be the same across different sets of collaborators if the groups displayed as:
<owner>/<group name>
instead of just the group name in both the dropdown and blotters.
It's not hard to imagine that multiple collaborators or orgs having the same or simlar project groups as they might have similar department names.

Invoices - change columns and totals
It would be very helpful to add an "extended" column to the invoice (quantity x rate). Also, the Total Quantity line is pretty meaningless for heterogeneous invoices (mixed product, labor). Can you create an option to turn it off? Finally, the totals should be
* Subtotal
* Shipping (manual entry)
* Tax
* Total
* Deposit

CRM - Allow contacts to enter their own information or load from XLS.
I would like to be able to direct a contact to the add contact form and them enter their own data. Of course we can't let them into the database to see or alter anyone else's contact information.
I am working with a volunteer organization that could recruit dozens to a hundred volunteers to put on an event. I'd prefer not using one of those volunteers to key in contact information from paper or electronic forms. Importing the data from a XLS is another way to accomplish this.

Wouldn’t it be better to add more fields to My Account and display that information in CRM.
I am also thinking of renaming CRM to Contacts to display – team, contractors, freelancers, clients etc.

What are the chances of creating a risk log app, basically a list of identified risks on a project with mitigating strategies, person responsible, likelihood of it occurring (low, medium, high), Severity & Impact on project if it does happen (low, medium, high), Target resolution Date

Baidu Cloud or AliCloud integrations for China customers
Users in China have trouble connecting to Google Drive; only through VPN it can be used.
China has great alternatives, such as Baidu Cloud and AliCloud. Within China these are fast as lightning, and they allow the user to set up a virtual disk.

Dashboard view like 'Manage Projects' view
A view of the dashboard with project groups and their project like the 'manage projects' view. So not a square for a project but a thin horizontal bar.
1 voteWe are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede the Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.

Invoices - show confirmation what was sent to whom when 'remind client'
It would be very helpful to know that the Freedcamp backend actually initiated the email. Particularly with "remind client" I have no idea whether anything actually happened.

Invoices - add filters
It would be very helpful to add filters to the invoice module so I can look at specific time periods, what's overdue, invoices to a specific customer, etc. Amount totals would reflect the current filter.

Sorting by due date is only useful when I can see what the date actually is.

Desk.com Integration
Be able to have a hyperlink to desk tickets created from desk.com or some integration with the website to locate desk tickets within each task on FreedCamp

Failed - passed (markings on the completed task )
While I review finished projects, it would be useful if I had an insight into the project that has met the criteria (proved to be valid on the ground) and who is not.

Scheduling for team members similar to Teamweek
Scheduling of the team's weeks, days and hours would be really helpful. Teamweek does this really well so something along these lines would be good.

Task priority in Calendar view
I'd love to be able to see task/milestone priority in Calendar view. The task/milestone dot by the item is nice, but for me it would be more helpful to be able to see items color coded by priority.

A project widget that shows projects by activity
I think it would be really helpful to have a widget that shows a simple list of projects sorted by my own activity. I want to be able to identify projects by date based on task additions, edits, or comments. This way, it's easy to see the projects that need attention. For instance, projects with recent task additions, edits, or comments would be at the bottom of this list (or at the top, depending on whether you choose asc/desc in the sort).

Subscribe new users on a project to all To-Do's and Discussions
Add controls when inviting a new user to a project to subscribe them to:
- all tasks
- all discussions
When new users are added to an existing project, they are not automatically placed on the notifications for existing discussions within that project. You should not need to go into each discussion and manually add them to the notifications.3 votes
