It would be great to add some colour customisation options to the Gantt chart and to the overall task views. That way different types or characteristics (eg location based etc) of tasks would be more easily discerned. Also the contrast between the progress bar and the main colour isn't really strong enough in the Gantt28 votes

We can only expose one of the above and provide variation for the completed part and not the completed part.
For example, you decide to use priority

It would be useful to be able to include web pages, YouTube videos, in the File manager by reference to their URL in the file manager. This would make it possible to have all the relevant info for a project in one place. There is a workaround (create a one-line PDF file containing the URL) but it is awkward.3 votes

You can search but it doesn't show where it is found in a particular note,
only that the term searched for is in "these" notes.

I would like to be able to have global Wikis. I use the Wiki to create training documents for staff. These entries would be useful to have across all projects. Perhaps the ability to have Wiki entries appear in multiple projects without having to copy them over?8 votes
You can create a project called Wiki and store all cross-project Wikis in it. Use tags and wiki lists to separate. That project can have only a Wiki application installed.
If you use a Business or Enterprise plan create a template project with one wiki pointing to that project I mentioned above. Call this wiki README or START HERE and it will provide a pointer in each project to cross-project Wiki section.

I'd like Freedcamp to be my one stop shop for all management of project correspondence, notes, meetings (with notes) - but I find myself trying to use the Wiki which serves only partial need - basic note taking, but no integrations (e.g., Outlook or OneNote). So I migrate back and forth between Outlook and OneNote and creative ways to keep Freedcamp linked to these sources. It would be great to be able to do all of this information management within Freedcamp.13 votes
