Could it be possible, when I add my calendar on google agenda for exemple, to choose to share only events titles ? For exemple, I don't want to share what projet or group of projet each event belongs to. Neither do I want the description.

In order to effectively use the Calendar app, a scheduling assistant is helpful to understand the team's availability.

Streamline adding a task – at the moment it’s comprehensive, but almost prohibitively long-winded to add a task. A “Quick” add button would be useful where you simply add a task and choose a project.
As a user, I need to be able to quickly add a task to a project in the shortest amount of steps and time possible so that I can make the best use of time in Outlook.2 votes

What is the difference between selecting a project and adding a task vs adding a task and selecting a project?

Wiki undo delete or a Wiki trash bin. There have been Wiki’s that have been deleted that I wish I could restore. Most other Wiki software have trash bins. Trash bin for Wiki in Freedcamp would be helpful. Thank you.1 vote
sometimes, when you close a project, you need a certain wiki, because it is a continuation of your closed project. it would be helpful if you can move this wiki before closing your project.15 votes
Any CRM Call's cannot currently be completed, so how do I know whether this has been actioned?
Also, any completed CRM task/call should appear with a different colour (as per project tasks) in the calendar, so that I can see these have been dealt with.4 votes
GDrive whole Folder link , not only files.
Ex. I have project like "updating documentation". As a source is older with older documents from 2019 or 2018, it's much easier to add whole GDrive folder than add files one by one. The same with other cases - adding whole folder would be great for our team.20 votes
As we cannot enter times for task, we are using the Calendar Event function for this. It would be good if anyone assigned/invited to a calendar event also sees this in the 'My Work' summary on the homepage dashboard.3 votes
1) Keyboard shortcuts: (such as Ctrl-DELETE, instead of 1 right-click + Del-click + confirmation click.
2) Mouse+keyboard equivalence whenever possible: I.e.: ENTER=click
3) Bulk edit (multi-task selection and multi-selections whenever reasonable, backed by recycle bin, buffer reversal= Ctrl-Z, etc.)
4) Copy, Cut & Paste whenever safe (or allowing user settings transferring the "liability" to us)
Without a faster desktop app and similar productivity improvements, it's not ONLY crazy, it's virtually impossible to deal even with hundreds of tasks, which is just fraction of the real need for most of us.

Have a customisable feature that allows for a gradual change in the indication of task load in the resource area
Currently 1 task shows as a green circle, 2 or more as a red square.
We normally do 2 or 3 tasks on any given day, and only after this does it become an issue...
So if it could be set by the user to match their approach, e.g.
Green circle 1 or 2 tasks
Amber circle 3 tasks
Red square 4 or more tasks1 vote
