Have a customisable feature that allows for a gradual change in the indication of task load in the resource area
Currently 1 task shows as a green circle, 2 or more as a red square.
We normally do 2 or 3 tasks on any given day, and only after this does it become an issue...
So if it could be set by the user to match their approach, e.g.
Green circle 1 or 2 tasks
Amber circle 3 tasks
Red square 4 or more tasks1 vote
To be able to allocate a Global Team to a project task
In a task, currently can assign to Everyone or an individual - it would be great if the Global Team (for example Software, Firmware, Electronics, etc.) created could be assigned.3 votes

Only display "in progress" tasks in the "add time record" window. Showing completed tasks too - like right now - gets cluttered really fast.3 votes
I would like to create invoices with a later invoice date. Unfortunately there seems to be no possibility to adjust the invoice date manually.5 votes
it will be good if we can write codes in the text area tasks.6 votes
sometimes, when you close a project, you need a certain wiki, because it is a continuation of your closed project. it would be helpful if you can move this wiki before closing your project.11 votes
Searching for tasks by tag would be helpful in the gmail add - as would adding existing or new tags to tasks which would save time when creating or editing tasks.1 vote
Add the option to Convert a Task to Subtask with the dropdown to select the parent task - a function that's currently available when I Edit a Task3 votes
Your blog post info on new features is extremely helpful and detailed, but it would be even more helpful if you provided a voiceover video so we can get a quick tutorial of how to use the feature without having to scroll and click-through images. Often times I'm in a situation where a video will be much more precise and then I can refer to a blog post for more detailed step by step instruction lists if needed.1 vote
Have a chrome extension where we can start/stop the timer, and link it to projects/tasks, without the need to login on Freedcamp.
Plutio have this, and this make things so much easier!
Thank you!3 votes
Hide certain applications for certain user types
Example, I do not want to show calendar and milestones to observe or gust4 votes
Having a Kanban board for the Issue Tracker (similar to the Tasks) would be very valuable.58 votes
Integrate the calendar with Hubspot. Hubspot does not have a calendar feature nor a way to track tasks that are not affiliated with a contact record.3 votes
in my opinion superior alternative to zapier and is growing rapidly
When you have dozens of tasks to do a day, it's great to be able to manually sequence them for yourself as well as for transparency to other team members.1 vote
Add extra 'Email In' addresses so that emails, etc., could be assigned to different discussions, etc.1 vote
It would be great to add some colour customisation options to the Gantt chart and to the overall task views. That way different types or characteristics (eg location based etc) of tasks would be more easily discerned. Also the contrast between the progress bar and the main colour isn't really strong enough in the Gantt28 votes
Please post in comments options you want to see like
- custom filed and its value
It will be one of the above options only ( you will not be able to set if assigned to me and in progress – use #FF00FF).
We can only expose one of the above and provide variation for the completed part and not the completed part.
For example, you decide to use priority
Normal priority not completed = #FBEEC1
Normal priority completed = #BC986A
What do yo think?
It would be useful to be able to include web pages, YouTube videos, in the File manager by reference to their URL in the file manager. This would make it possible to have all the relevant info for a project in one place. There is a workaround (create a one-line PDF file containing the URL) but it is awkward.3 votes
highlighted search terms in google keep
You can search but it doesn't show where it is found in a particular note,
only that the term searched for is in "these" notes.
Like an F2 (for previous) or F3 (Next)1 vote
