  2. To be able to @mention a sub-contractor on site within a discussion.

    To be able to @mention a colleague throughout the software in projects, discussions etc

    To set up a private discussion with the project manager and the client only and be able to @mention

  4. Editable form that when filled in creates a task with all the info that can be color coded and added to the calendar such as

    Customer Name

    Etc

  5. Creating an Invoice - Would be great if we could use our 'Save Search' that we created on Time to use in our Invoice creating. This would save so much time instead of clicking through the drop down box one at a time and would become a nightmare if we have thousands of time in the systems.

    Action: New project created in Freedcamp from a prebuilt template.

    It would be awesome if Freedcamp could also pull certain fields like "client name" and "business package" to fill in template information.

  10. I see several ideas that could all roll up into what I have in mind. I would like to be able to have a rollup of key milestones into a single project dashboard that I monitor. This dashboard would summarize tasks remaining, percent completion, up next (by priority). This would serve as an overview of projects "at a glance". From the dashboard you would be able to drill down into specific projects, tasks within a project, etc.

  12. I would like to be able to have global Wikis. I use the Wiki to create training documents for staff. These entries would be useful to have across all projects. Perhaps the ability to have Wiki entries appear in multiple projects without having to copy them over?

    You can create a project called Wiki and store all cross-project Wikis in it. Use tags and wiki lists to separate. That project can have only a Wiki application installed.
    If you use a Business or Enterprise plan create a template project with one wiki pointing to that project I mentioned above. Call this wiki README or START HERE and it will provide a pointer in each project to cross-project Wiki section.

I'd like Freedcamp to be my one stop shop for all management of project correspondence, notes, meetings (with notes) - but I find myself trying to use the Wiki which serves only partial need - basic note taking, but no integrations (e.g., Outlook or OneNote). So I migrate back and forth between Outlook and OneNote and creative ways to keep Freedcamp linked to these sources. It would be great to be able to do all of this information management within Freedcamp.

  18. This would come in handy for us because we do white label work for other companies and their clients would be submitting files and would be able to see our emails giving away that we are actually doing the work and not the company they hired directly.

  19. It's very nice and I am sure that we all appreciate that you are listening to our "voices" and our requests.
    Some of them are getting to the next stage and enter in "PLANNED" category. My suggestion is to add an estimated time to the "planned" features so users will be able to know when this can be expected.
