  1. Real time push notifications

    Realtime Push Notifications would help a lot. It would be great if I could see everything that is happening no matter on which page I am at the moment. (like facebook notifications)

  2. Make the color of the To-do's extended description button more noticeable when the to-do has a description (like green or blue).

    The extended description task is hardly noticeable, even when there's content in it. So instead of turning it from light grey to darker grey, I think it should be light grey to green or blue.

  3. Use a different color (not grey) for the icon on the right side of a task to indicate when a comment is attached to a To-Do.

    The light grey icon currently indicates that there isn't a comment on a task and a dark grey icon indicates when a comment has been added to a task. It would be great if the icon could change to a brighter color than dark grey when a comment is added to a To-Do.

  6. Gravatars when possible, or default icons to mark task assignment

    For better visually separate to do's task assigment, it would be great if instead of using names, you use the gravatar (when possible) or a simple icon with the name/surname capitals and a choosed background color (John Smith == JS, for example)

  8. Hierarchical Projects to be able to disintegrate extremely large projects

    Let projects have sub-projects which are can be projects themselves. This also gets rid of the "Group". So top level project A has A1, A2, A3 as sub-projects, and A1 may further have subprojects A1.1, A1.2, .. and so on

  9. Store (or only show) all selected "due date" for To-Do's list page

    The "due date" field in "to-do's" list, show all dates already used for "due date" and did not hide the date that is dragged to enable it to be used again faster.

  10. Admins have acces to edit projects directly from link on drop down.

    Hi Freedcamp

    Today when I as admin need to edit a project, I need to click "manage projects" then find the project in the list (the list is very difficult to overview - there is no color conding and the text is pale grey". Then when I find the project I click "edit".

    The drop down is more easy to overlook (and even better if it could be arranged by date created) so if the drop down could have "Edit" added to each project (for admins). Awesome.

  11. A reporting feature and a project status bar to track progress!

    I would like to be able to pull a report of project status to report to stakeholders and business sponsors. Currently when I look at the Dashboard it only displays the "list" of projects...but no tracking of whether we are on time or not. Would make this site that much better and we would invest in more storage if it had the feature.

  12. More flexibility in widgets

    It would be nice to be able to select more than one option in several of the Widget settings. For example, currently in the To-Do List Widget, it is only possible to select one option from the "Progress" drop-down list. Perhaps I only want to see Not-yet-started and in-progress to-dos, I cannot select these 2 options together, I am forced to select All.

    Same goes for the "Assigned To" and "Created By" lists in the To-Do Widget and Activities Widget.

  14. Avoid users being able to create new projects

    Apparently users once invited can create new projects whilst it would be good to disable this function so they can only work on the projects available in the account, set up by the admin.

  15. A different button to access to do's options

    After creating a new to do, you can edit its options only by clicking on 'comments' and then 'edit'. First, it's no so clear that you can edit options by clicking comments.. Second, they're different subjects, they should be separated and accessed with 2 different buttons. Comments will be used more often and will need to be visualized faster, possibly without leaving the main overall tasks view.

  16. People as a resource

    Is necessary to know the people who are involved in a to-do or a milestone, as a resource.

    For example.

    If we place a milestone "development meeting", I would like to place people who are related to that milestone, also with to-do.

  18. Activity tab inside Tasks and Issue Tracker

    I want to see all status changes, comment updates, edits, due date changes etc for a task in a separate new tab called 'Activity'

  19. Set not working days in calendars.

    I think that should be totally useful and productive a way to set not working days in calendars.

    Mainly to the To-Do's or Milestones, because it's ilogical that don't count weekends and holidays or vacations, for example, I have a Milestone that I must finish: "due in 6 days", and I have two days of holidays, and a weekend in the middle. So, truly workdays, are only two.

  20. Annotate Images or PDF

    If my client wanted to give feedback on work I'm producing for them, I'd like them to have the ability to annotate the images or pdf's i upload using a "notes" overlay.
