It would be nice for the discussion board to be arranged so that you have replies organized together like an old newsnet display:
>> Reply 1 to Reply 1
>> Reply 1 to Reply 3
>>> Reply 1 to Reply 1 to Reply 3
Sorry if the "fancy" layout above is confusing. Easier to follow a discussion if it stays treed together.1 vote
It would be great to be able to bulk edit time records so that one can mark complete or delete multiple records at once.1 vote
The ability to export projects has made my job A LOT easier, but it would be even better if the Description field was included in the export.
It would be great if there was a way to share a discussion through a public link. This would be good way to share info with clients that are reluctant to create a freedcamp account to access it. This way we have to continue to use email to have discussions.
Cheers and good work so far!3 votes
Rather than have start and due dates left aligned with the rest of the task information, it would be great to have these dates right aligned so that you could easily review them without having your eyes jump from side to side depending on how long or short the text is for a given task and the ones above and below. This is just a nice to have.
Loving Freedcamp!!!5 votes
We probably just add Table view in the future
1. I have updated a task and am commenting the status or discussion on it, and it needs a future follow-up / further discussion
2. I will have to manually create a task / subtask for the above.
It would be great if there is an option to create sub task / task from the discussion/ comment3 votes
Would be great if I could download the whole project at once as a ZIP/RAR/7Z or so archive, with the structure, like this:

When a user is deleted from an account project/group have the ability to reassign that user's assigned tasks and any project ownership to another user. Comments in discussion would just leave user's name.26 votes
We are working on improved users management system which will include replace function and “invite a new user with existing user permissions” – will also subscribe to all things that existing user is subscribed.
It would be beneficial to have a central file storage area for files that are used across multiple projects and would not have to be uploaded into multiple projects. Access permissions by project and user would be required.5 votes
Is there a better version for the editor? I.e. we need smileys and some more font options, color, size, etc... it helps to make information more visual...4 votes

We have extended editing in our Wiki application on the Business plan – https://freedcamp.com/marketplace/wiki_app
Right now you can filter for individual projects and see all the tasks related to that project. What I’d really love is if I could have a project-level view, where I can just see the start/end date of the projects spanning across various weeks. That way I could look at a given month and see high level which projects the company is focusing on, and decide when I should time out the start date of a new project. Right now, I know there is an end date to projects, but not necessarily a start date (but maybe that is the date of the first task?). I’d just really like to see the duration of all the projects going on (perhaps even by user), so I can do high level planning. I have the lite plan and haven’t upgraded to business, so maybe Gantt has this, but it was my understanding this was limited to the task level, not rolled up to the project level. Thanks for considering!

Thanks for posting. We have just added beta Gantt for projects as part of Business and Enterprise plans. We show projects using either minimum start date or due date and maximum start date or due date set in Tasks.
If you want to try it – please start Business plan trial and email email@example.com to enable Gantt for projects since it is in beta.
I would like to be able to give a deadline for a task/project of [for example] August 5th. I would like to give the task a Low priority tag for now, but then automatically change to medium around May 5th, and then automatically change to High Priority by July 5th. Instead of manually having to put in the priority change every time, cut out that step of having to create a task to change a priority.17 votes
Integration with the e-mail platform MailChimp, so that you can sync contacts within the CRM (and identify those that have opted out of communications) or email from the CRM to create your mailing lists.12 votes
Meeting locations as part of the event would be a great add for any meeting remote or in-person. Thanks!6 votes
Create keyboard shortcuts for navigating around Freedcamp, assigning tasks, setting priorities18 votes
The Global Team update is great, but it would be helpful to allow a Global Team to be assigned to Project Groups to allow permission levels to propagate down across all projects in a group.19 votes
Create milestones in Gantt charts: when creating a task, it would be great to be able to configure milestones related to such a task, so it would be visually present in the Gantt chart of the related task.199 votes
We will release new Milestones with Kanban and List views in June and Gantt view for Milestones in July.
